Thank you for your recipe I use it a lot. I don't mess around with mash and that sausage I just squeeze it between my 2 hands evenly I don't need matching anything through plastic wrap. I also found sausage here in America that's pre seasoned and I really love it.

Am glad I watch ur video coz I did scotch egg yesterday following instruction only but that instruction didn't say anything like flour, everything pieces b4 it could fry lol..............so I decided to watch a video n see where my mistake is,I guess my mistake was not using flour, I used Frankfurter sausage as well, just blended it together, I will try using flour next time n see the result, thank u for d tip.

    Thank you for the video.
Please is this sausage different from the one used randomly like to fry egg, make sharwarma etc..
I just want to know becausethe sausages look bigger and seem different from the one I know.
Secondly, can I use oven instead of frying?
Thank you in anticipation of your response

If you don't know especially those in the abroad.., Sausage is originally pork for those who don't eat PORK... It has to state Beef sausage, chicken sausage or Turkey sausage which are always available also...otherwise it could be mixed with pork so look at your labels when you want to make something this nice.
