  • For better education of their daughter, Danzi, a housewife from Jinan, and her husband spend all their savings of 300,000 on a 76-m2 house nearby a school. The family of 3 live there with 3 dogs, and sometimes accompanied by the grandparents. Based on their own need, Danzi hangs 2 bedrooms up in the space of 3.75m high, and the house area doubles as a result.

    This is a beautiful design..I can see seniors enjoying this concept with an elevator type of structor instead of stairs and this of course could open up more space. Congratulations.

    I love how homey the place feels, designs in smaller spaces often over do it on the cladding and dividers, making it seem sterile and box like. This is somewhere I would love to live

    很聰明的設計,雜物太多會破壞風水,做了100櫃子收納,就看不到雜物了。
    等於把一間雜物室的空間,分散到各個空間,方便取用。

    • @xinnasinpatria3202
      @xinnasinpatria3202 5 лет назад +1

      It's is not disposable mentality, it is minimalism, you only conserve what it's useful and spark joy in order to have really important things, like her children happiness and great childhood, stuff can be recycled, donated or sold.

    • @browngirl9746
      @browngirl9746 5 лет назад +5

      @@xinnasinpatria3202 @Xinna SinPatria it *is* disposable mentality because she said "I *throw away* things that are not often used" and "my daughter learn from me and *throw away* toys that she does not like any more, on a regular basis". She said "throw away", not recycle, not donate, not sell, but "throw away". She is also instilling this disposable mentality in her daughter and perpuating the mentality. Putting a "minimalism" sticker on it doesn't change the meaning of "disposable". Do not attempt to correct me or contradict me, when you have not paid attention to her words or failed to understand the meaning of "disposable". There is nothing wrong with wanting a minimalist lifestyle or more space for your child, but it is better to achieve it by limiting purchases, by using things to the end of their life, or by donating/recycling rather than by repeatedly buying things then throwing them away when you tire of them or when you find your possessions are encroaching on your living space. By her own description, the latter is exactly what she is doing. Also note that she did not say she throws away things that are "damaged" or "broken" but simply "not often used" and "does not like anymore". That is not true minimalism. That's just blatant and bloated consumerism practiced by someone who dislikes or in her case, develops a dislike to clutter, when she lands herself in more beautiful environs then previously, and decides she wants to keep it tidy and pretty, but not at the expense of her consumerism. Pay attention and understand before you comment.
