In this video, I will show you how to change your skype profile name.
First we need to log into our skype account in our computer.
Next in the left hand side of our skype account, we need to click this dotted horizontal more option.
And in the menu list, we need to click settings tab.
And again in this pop-up window we need to select skype profile section from the list of option.
Next, in skype profile page we can click edit profile button to edit the current profile name and add the new skype that we prefer and save the changes.
We can go back to our skype account home page and confirm the skype name change.
Here after we can share the changed profile name to our friends or clients to contact us on skype.

When you are talking to someone in Skype only your Skype name (live: random characters) appears, which is extremely uncomfortable, because when you are having a group meeting in Skype no one knows who you are and cannot address you by your name because the only name they see is live: random characters.
