I just replaced my crank. Ball bearings came out in the case.on variator side. 10000 rpm is no good but these oil seals are something I can't figure out
I took off plate under seat an put angle iron from the packaging of bike on the tabs at rear of bike where the plate bolted but my motor is junk now. The Crank?
Oh, LOL I’m watching all your videos and trying to fix up my 2021 Maddog 50cc Gen 1. Im going to slap the BBK on it just like your video and with your wisdom I’m sure I can get’er done. Good stuff on your videos by the way. Thanks I really appreciate you and ghetto labs for everything you’ve done!
I jsut got a new motor and on my old one i kept blowing out my motor bushings when i ran a single shock. I wanna run a single shock bc i like to feel the dip in the suspension 😂🤷 but i dont want to blow bushings any tips around this would be helpful.
@calebbierig3573 I wonder if you could replace those bushings with actual bearings. May be way too much vibration though. Are you running a high quality single shock?
@@GhettoWrench idk if there nice per say but there Amazon shocks 🤷. They feel wayyyy better than stock tho so I'm not disappointed with what I have. And so far the bushings don't show any signs of cracking on this new motor so idk what was wrong with the old motor.
I also did have a shop work on my moped for the first time and the kid in the shop hit my engine with a hammer and blew the mount off and i had to get it welded so it might have been at an awkward angle. My advice. Do it yourself, if you mess up then its on you and you dont have to worry about some jackass fucking up your shit.
@@GhettoWrench I ran it for a day with no shock new motor and alr I could feel it blowing the bushing out so ig my moped is just made to have two shocks
Hello, i love your videos, you are very smart for these gy6 engines, i would like to know your opinion on the Malossi 88cc cylindery, i have a 139qmb and im probably going to install this cylinder, they say to use the original head, but they also sell a performance Cam, i was thinking to get a new stock head, and put valves from a 150 and the racing cam from malossi, do you think that is a good setup? im 15 and on a budget, the cylinder is 190euros, and cam 110ish euros, and i cant order from ncy or any american sites beacuse shipping is very expensive, but from malossi i get free shipping beacuse its more than 100 euro, thanks in advance!
@Aleksa124 Malossi makes great stuff so you can't go wrong. I have never used that head though. The Valves on 150 are bigger than the Valves on the 50 head. They won't work. The whole head won't fit because the stud spacing is wrong.
@Aleksa124 Those 150 Valve springs are too heavy. You would have to be turning over 11000 RPM to make them worth it. They are hard enough to compress that they would slow the engine down. They are thicker than the NCY and Taida performance Valves. They do fit though.
@Aleksa124 still not understanding. Just the Valves are not interchangeable, and they are not really performance. They are just larger. I think Glixal makes bigger valve head for the 50s. Someone got one and told me it's an exact copy of the Taida big valve head. It is cheap.
Thank you for making all of these.
Such great information all the time.
@@DakotaWarboys you are so welcome. It's my old man hobby. LOL
@GhettoWrench
It's much appreciated.
Merry Christmas from the Netherlands!
Merry Christmas brother! 😊 It got down to 15C here last night.

@seanmayo206 holy crap! The crank bearings?
Been fighting those frozen bearings for a week now...
They are a Biatch!

How can an engine be affected by welding under the seat?
Welding under the seat caused an engine issue?
@seanmayo206 I thought you finally had it running good. Did you ever get wiring sorted out?
I think I'm a tard, I understand now.
Sorry about that. Space brained or something.

What muffler setup do you have on the bike at the very beginning of the video? Looks clean
@@scordova951 That black 150 in the beginning? That is the stock pipe and muffler that comes on a Gen 5 maddog

i mean valve springs from a 150, and stock 139qmb valves. If that is possible
