My ielts trainer is asking us to add max numb of adverbs adjectives relative pronouns passive voice etc in writing
does that actually matter? I dont think he is caring about the points mentioning in the essay

Hey Asiya! Is it okay to write around 250 words for task 1 and 350 words for task 2, with a moderate usage of vocabulary?
Certain essays need clear explanation and i feel truncating them diminishes the coherence of the paragraph.
Task one should be 150 to 180 words
Yes, that's fine as long as you can finish both. That's what I usually write in exam conditions
Is it incorrect to support our ideas with imaginary examples that don't have any base? For example, research conducted in London University showed that unemployment has increased considerably over the recent 5 years.

my answer (322 words) - "
Nowadays, people's health is likely to be lower in the future has become a major discussion among youth. It is argued that average standard of people's health will suffer more than this generation. Even though some believe it's rational to assume, average standard of people will improve, but I do not agree due to the fact that in recent years people's health has been degrading.
One of the major reasons for lower health is today's common meal and lifestyle. Lately, the people's food attraction has been moving to junk food, due to which their health is suffering. Most of the youth are eating processed food at least once a day which is very unhealthy, and their parents also overlook because they're consuming it too. Considering the fact that people are becoming obese rapidly in past years, they're putting their lives to risk and there seems no stop as the charts are uniformly growing. Moreover, the prices of fast food are comparatively less than healthy and nutritious food, this is also the reason why obesity has increased significantly.
Secondly, there has also been drastic impact on graphs of people who exercise. It has become lower than ever as young generation is more attracted to playing video games than hitting gym. Most parents aren't much aware of their children lifestyle, as they're focused on their own growth in which they sacrifice their nutritious lifestyle too.
I believe some of the people who are arguing that people's health will become better than now, are the ones who are unaware of present situation of meal consumption. These people are less educated and also have less knowledge of health and nutrition, which makes them believe obesity is healthy.
If we globally take a look to all the parameters regarding health, it is striking that people's health will be degraded in next generations. However, it is unclear that who's responsible for unhealthy habits, maybe, parents, society or government.
