    Great scrap cash day. Extruded is king. Cast usually pays better than domestic, so you might have lost a bit there. Cable price is good, still holding. I've got lots of scrapping to catch up on but just don't have the energy lately. Will probably do a mixed run in a couple of weeks, again mostly steel. 👍

      It most certainly is in this case, although, when I last took some aluminium wire, it was $2.40kg. Domestic and cast for me have always been the same price of $1.45 it's just this time it was put through as aluminium domestic and not its own category, which was strange. I didn't pick up on it until I got home and read the docket. Lack of energy? Remnants of covid? Steel, eh? Haha. It's never ending...
