- The breakdown on this song, Mural Jr. Will for sure be the last one I do for the Drogas Wave album because there is an insane amount of things to unpack, but I thought I would make a simple video on something that had me pretty shook when the Mural Jr Acapella Live Performance video came out. By saying Nothing, or _______ Lupe rhymed a bunch of words at the same time by saying no words at all. Hopefully I explain and present what I mean well in the video, let me know what you think in the comments tho

"3 Words at the same time" and "Killing 3 birds" means that the "____" line is supposed to be interpreted in 3 different ways (nine/line/rhyme) meaning that it's a triple entendre without words, and each word in it would make a triple entendre with the bars around it.
*NINE* - (Gun/Lyric/3 × 3)
*LINE* - (1 line (bar), 3 meanings/1 bar, 3 words/shooting (the 9) in a straight line, killing the birds).
*RHYME* (Time with Nine, Line, and Rhyme/Nothing with Bluffing/Creating a "rhyme" from nothing)
Since those three make nothing, nothing ALSO has a triple entrendre
*NOTHING* - (Killing listeners by mindfucking them by saying nothing/killing actual birds by just bluffing (appearing to have a weapon)/saying nothing but giving the effect of saying 3 words)

From there the empty space is long enough that you could also fill in the blank with 3 rhymes that hold the previous and prior together. As you said, by leaving it blank in the official release, it allows us to fill it in ourselves, but you can really combine them as well.

A third alternative, just to bring the theme of "three birds" full circle, there's an alternate version of the card game Rummy called "Queen City Rum" where the objective of the game is for each player to get rid of all their cards by forming matched sets consisting of groups of *three* or four of a kind, or sequences of *three* or more cards of the same suit. Just for context, Lupe says "The sharpest dresser at the unheading of *queens*" three lines prior to the initial "Nothing" line in question. Alternatively to the alternative, the queen is worth the second most in this game after the king in the same way as Chess, but in chess the Queen has the most versatility. So if you take out the queen the "house of cards" crumbles for whomever is otherwise "holding the deck." Which easily ties back into the overall themes of the album with rewriting history and dead slaves turning things around in the favor of those without an advantage by removing all the cards/pieces stacked against them. So ultimately the "Nothing" line can also serve as a transition between 3-4 rhyme schemes as well as 3-4 lines of thought. Possible card game reference/toppling a regime, a self-referential nod to his prowess and skills as a rapper being able to despise three rhyming words at once, and then finally moving on by saying nothing to bluff is way into both the next line of thought and rhyme scheme. So altogether is kind of translates out to;

A fourth alternative to the following "bluff" could also be a reference to how he's essentially bluffed his way through his career while signed to Atlantic since he vowed "never to give this company another piece of his soul" after The Cool. Everything afterwards was basically an attempt to fulfill his contractual obligations until he was finally able to "be free." Making whatever the hell he really wanted to unhindered and (generally) without restriction (sample clearances not withstanding)....

I'm literally only subscribing because you promised to explain his whole album. And if you can go back throughout even lasers. Do lasers. And you will see how dope it is. Even lasers was very complex. It was probably in my opinion one of his better albums if you're looking for that type of album. That album was commercial and if you compare it to the rest of the commercial Market it's way above the rest. When Lupe does something it is with purpose it is with intent and it will be better than anybody else doing it. So I have appreciation 4 lasers as well as all of his mixtapes and all of his albums. The only album I was disappointed with honestly was drogas light. But then I gained a appreciation for it when I thought of the album title as a more commercial album. Like drogas light as in a light version versus a pro version. A paid version. That's when at least for me I started to appreciate the album even more. And with drogas wave I appreciated light more because I didn't know what drug is meant so for me drogas light is like light work and in regards to the drugs or in regards to people's ability when someone says they're doing light work. It's as though it's something easy for them just something to break off. Just a sample. Just something to kind of keep the momentum going keep the energy out there. So I have a new appreciation for drogas light which in my opinion is worse than lasers but once again I reiterate the fact that when Lupe does something there's intent there's purpose there's meaning and we can't as fans just write it off and being like oh he's not on his game right now.

Lupe has been, and always will be the best lyricist in the game hands down. Your average person will not listen to Lupe because they can’t break down his bars. That why “dumb it down” is one of my favorite songs, he will not dumb his lyrics down for anything. He’s a problem.

This is a great breakdown. From a lyricist perspective, here's my take in conjuction to what you said. Lupe says, "and killed three birds with the same 'Nothing'".
Let's take line, nine and rhyme and see how you get nothing. You can get a silent line or rather, a line that represents nothing or no signal by the machines hospitals use to make sure patients are alive. If you have a line straight across, your dead.
Nine, obviously as someone pointed out in the comments is like silencing a gun. So the nothing here is the 'nothing' someone feels after being killed by Lupes gun.
Rhyme, is the simplest one. The word meant to rhyme with bluffing is 'nothing', which he purposely silenced.
This is great work. Great lyrics too. That's my take. Subbed.

Nine = 3 words, 3 birds and 3 x 3 = 9, also a "Nine" to kill the birds with.... Line = the line itself, the rhyme, or picture 3 birds resting on a line, a wire, which is deadly to others... Rhyme = not saying the obvious... So he says 3 words at the same time by saying "nothing"..then rhymes with nothing...but it goes further than that. He then says "won in each and every hand with the same bluffin'" which you assume it's just poker and winning poker hands with bluffing, but that's also the homophone for won, which is one, so that changes to "one in each and every hand with the same bluffin'" following up the phrase of "a bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush (3 birds total)" so how are the birds actually killed in the end? We don't know what it is. Then he says "answers each and every man with the same question...What is it?" We don't know the answer to that... but then he says "But you still wanna know (how he killed the bird) but I already done did it".... Lupe is just on another level, only rivaled by Aesop Rock in my opinion.

It's "NOTHING" it's suppose to be black. He's saying he will deny providing any material for them to copy. If you listen to "Mural" he states: "so the sun rise when the beat DROPS and the sun dies when the beat STOPS" (SAME THING). He's saying that the huddle of unskilled and well told are only effective with their art due to mimicking others who are already terrific or incorporating a hot beat and catchy hook. Remove their hooks and beats and listen to what they're saying it's usually a bunch of NOTHING. Pac made this same statement in an interview.
