Please don’t feel that way and give yourself grace for the first year. It’s not your fault. Usually you are new working there with experienced people, but no one there to actually train you. So they have to train you while also working. It’s not your fault I wish you the best of luck:)!
The amount of waste makes me not want to go there anymore. Why put so much ice that the drink people are actually paying for ( not ice) gets thrown out?? Ugh. Can I ask for my ice on the side? This is crazy.
The portion of coffee and milk stays the same regardless of how little ice you want it to be. That’s even more wasteful as you’re still paying the same.

The drinks are made strong enough so that the ice thins and cools them to the intended taste
