Help! My yellow terrain brush is already at the smallest scale and yet the diameter of it covers about over 100m. The landscape is imported from the Open street map and my model is all to scale as well. How can I make it smaller??
Was wondering if you could change individual heights on buildings? Would like lumion to add the posibility to edit each parts ex; water, roads, landuse, and delete parts/reorganise. Nice Video :)
Really like this open street map data. I was wondering, I've seen some lumion animations of a whole cit where all the buildings have textures and light and so on. How is that done ? Are all the buildings swapped with imported buildings ?
I think most likely - I'm not aware of anywhere where you can get textured buildings in this manner, so I have a feeling people are swapping out individual building models then adding the lighting within Lumion
Where I work with Lumion, there is no internet connection. Can I download the osm I need from openstreetmap.org in advance and then use it on Lumion offline?? lumion does not let me to import osm files -.-
Not that I'm aware of. That said, how are you able to use Lumion without a internet connection? All the license validation goes through an internet connection...
@@TheRenderingEssentials Student version 10.0.2 the options you showed are not available in this program, but I was still able to handle it, thanks a lot for the video :)
Sorry to see that there is almost no evolution in this. I think this would be a very good topic for you. The various ways to import terrains into 3d programs. I'm isterested in your sketchup version. Liked your video. But this time lumion didn't impressed me. Keep it up with the good work.
You could import the buildings and terrain from Placemaker in SketchUp, then export to Lumion from there - I would like to see Lumion add the ability to bring in terrain natively - thanks!
@@TheRenderingEssentials Yes and there are several more. But they really need to improve this aspect because the alternatives are better as you sayed at leas one and I know some others.
Nothing like being able to create a city in your renderings with a single click! Let me know what you think about this feature in the comments below!

Hi, I am wondering can you add texture on these buildings or the road paths?
At the moment that's a bit tricky - At the moment I've been doing that manually...ruclips.net/video/VRdsXyywJ-Y/видео.html
when I open street map it stays at retrieving token...what can I do about this?
I cant use open street map of my lumion 9 pro. I used crack.Would you share me any idea how to get it?
Please.
So you stole the program, then you come here and ask why it's not working? It's not working because it's stolen. Bummer

I have a fake version, can I activate the road map? i have a project and i need it..
You mean a stolen version?
@@TheRenderingEssentials yes..
@@ameraalsyed4666 At least you're honest. Discussion of cracked software and stealing programs is not acceptable in the comments on my videos.
Can I import solidworks model into Lumion as I use Import maps and building
Honestly I don't know as I don't really use Solidworks. I assume at a minimum you could export your solidworks file to FBX and import that file in
How big can you make it can you make the whole United States map
I don't think so, and what would the purpose of doing that be?
