I love how you opened up the kitchen to the main living areas. The seperate laundry room was a smart idea as well. The bathrooms are extremely nice and the enhanced shower areas are gorgeous. And the floors throughout the home warm it up and add consistency to the overall design transformation. It is hard to recognize this home from where it started and later ended up. It is now a very beautiful home, inside and out.
You have a very good eye for design. And it looks like you make a big effort to create a beautiful and structurally sound home. Impressive and well done!
As a first time home buyer in California we have seen first hand this madness in buying homes this year! We went to a showing the day after a house was listed. As we got there 5 or 6 cars with other agents and their clients were there to see the house as well!
I came across this channel two days ago and I couldnt stop watching your videos! Very very interesting content. I'm shocked after every flip how you're able to remodel houses so beautifully! You're extremely talented. Please keep posting videos of your flips, they're amazing and your channel will go far! 🥰
This is a great remodel. Nice hexagon tile. That’s my favorite floor. I also love when you upload and look forward to that notification. Keep em coming!
Elisa - Your approach of creating a desirable home at the right cost has obviously leant to your success as a residential real estate investor. I like how you consider buyer requirements rather than what is the cheapest and fastest way out of a flip. Thanks
I just fell in love with your flipping style (i can only hope to imitate it) and all the projects you’ve done! Wow, this is so inspirational as I do want to get my first flip! Rock on.
Beautiful, and thoughtful redesign on the whole house. The bathrooms are great too. However, two things I would have like if I lived in the house are a bathtub in the master and two Mister and Misses sinks.
Such a great remodel! The bathrooms are my favorite. The tile and patterns are so sleek and sexy, but the vanity brings in a great warm/farm house feel. A great blend of multiple styles
Great content! I am real estate investor myself but I only do buy and hold, nothing close to your level. I would love to take a stab at flipping but don't have the funds. I don't have the courage to go hard money. Also, I am glad you went into the numbers toward the end. I didn't think you were going to share that info.
It turned out great. May I ask, have you ever been faced with a house so bad you’ve thought of knocking it down & building new? Around here, a common practice is knock down a small house & build a duplex or subdivide the lot for two skinny houses. Have you ever done that or built from a bare lot?
I live in the San Bernardino area in California...and our home was valued at about 750,000....that's approximately 300,000 more than what we got the home for. CA market is nuts right now.
This transformation was amazing, I would love to get into the business of house flipping and your videos are really inspiring. I love your creativity and imagery!
I love the herringbone pattern. Especially in the guest bath. I would have liked to see that pattern on the floor of the master bath, too. The floors are beautiful and the kitchen is well-thought out, as always :)
North highlands homes could use this sort of renovations to sell their homes at a higher attractive price. Made the home very spacious and didn't stay too trendy with the white and gray.
Lol, was thinking the same thing, prices are on another level, here in Europe such money will buy you a mansion complete with pool, maids and maintenence guys.
Anything in the Bay Area and along the coast is expensive in California when you venture inland more (east) it gets a lot cheaper. 3 bedroom 2 bath where I live would be $300,000+ Not all of California is expensive
Curtains would have been necessary in the Master bedroom... you could see directly the bed from the street... Is there a reason why you don’t put refrigerators in?
Such a beautiful remodel! I really feel like you are making these neighborhoods a better place, one house at a time! I’m not sure what it’s called (designer maybe?) but would you ever be open if someone came up to you and paid you to transform their home?
Just rewatched this video, it is absolutely a stunning transformation. You’re so talented. Can you please let me know the names of the colors for outside, inside and trims? We like to paint our house with those colors, they’re so beautiful and modern. Thanks a lot.
I laughed at all the pink, some of our friends bought a house around this age, their appliances are turquoise and the cabinets were “pickled” . Love the herringbone in the hall bath.
Amazing transformation! Could you please tell me where you purchased front door and what color the door is? Looking for similar style and color of door.
Hi Elisa, what flooring did you use and where did you buy your tiles? I love the finishing touches and am looking to do something similar for my house rehab in San Leandro.
Beautiful but this is why I left California. I bought a brand new 1650 sq ft 3/2 home in Arizona. Wood floors, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, decorative tile bathrooms and 2 car garage for $299k
My mom and auntie did something similar. We left LA in 08 and moved to Surprise, AZ. Cali is definitely overpriced. Idk how people survive out there nowadays
Beautifully done but you really should powerwash the driveway and backyard walkways! It gets the dirt off and makes concrete look like new. Easy to do and makes a huge difference. Keep up the good work!
You have such an amazing channel, so inspiring. You have amazing taste and your flips are extraordinary. Keep up the amazing work I look forward to all your videos I really wish to see your channel grow.
Hi, Elisa. Thank you for the video. A quick question for your flip project. After you acquired the property, during construction period, how did you manage the property insurance? Usually, many home insurance company will NOT provide its benefits during construction period.
Beautiful remodel and congratulations on the sale! Our master bathroom is similar to this one, and I love how you reconfigured it so cleverly. We are struggling with making it into a useful bathroom for two people. Would you mind sharing the size of this bathroom before and after (you mentioned you borrowed some space from the closet), and the size of the shower? Thank you!
Thank you so much! Sorry, I don't have the size of the bathroom or the shower, and I can't measure it now since the house is sold. The bathroom size wasn't changed a lot. It was probably around 60 sqft. We just removed a coat closet from the front entrance and added it to the shower, maybe 10 sqft. The main difference is from reconfiguring and maximize the layout. I hope this helps!
Hi I really like your remodel project. I’m considering doing some remodel for my home too which is an eichler and was built in 30s. I’m wondering if you or your company is open to talk about project like that.
Nice work. When you jump into each project are you having an architect/engineer draw plans? and then submitting to city? How long does that take for all of it to get approved before starting.
Good job. Some questions. How much was spent on rehabbing this house, including labor and materials ? How many different contractors were involved in physically working on the house ?
Great job on the remodel. Everything is so gray though inside and out. CA is a beautiful state but too bad it's so expensive and has so many problems right now.
Thank you! Grey is a popular color now. CA is expensive, but you can’t beat the climate and job opportunities, and so many people are willing to pay a premium for living here 🤷🏻♀️
Thank you so much! I don't worry about termite that much because a lot of the damages will be fixed as we remodel the house. If there's foundation issues, then it depends on how much it costs to fix. Some foundation work could cost $50k or more, and I would stay away from those
All your videos make me dream of flipping homes. But, I would most likely end up like the sellers of this home, contractor taking my money and not completing repairs. I feel like finding good, reliable contractors would be the hardest part in the beginning.
Glad you’re inspired! Finding good contractors can definitely be tricky, especially in the beginning. That’s actually something I teach in my program, and it makes a big difference. If you're interested, feel free to schedule a quick chat with my team via our website! www.transformflipperacademy.com/
Absolutely beautiful!! I always wait with great anticipation for your videos!!. I love the kitchen cabinets. Where did you buy them and are the grey lower cabinets painted that color or did you buy them that color? If you painted them, what shade of grey is that? Thanks.
Love your videos on flip. Are there specific places where you source your materials from especially flooring, tiles, doors etc. If someone is starting out,how do you suggest to get the contractors. Do you have a specific team of contractors? How did you find them? Will be great to see a video on that ☺️
Thanks for sharing and luv the video. You must have a very skillful & talented building team :=) IMO, I like hexagon pattern tiles but with a brighter color from the main bathroom over the one in the guest bathroom which I think it look easier. :)

I love how you set up the kitchen so that it’s still private to the front door but open to the living areas.
I feel so bad for the previous owner and the contractor taking all their money. Hopefully they’re suing him. Sad situation.
Your flips never disappoint, I can't wait for your future flips
Aww, thank you so much! I can't wait to show you!
Looks like a completely different house!! Great work! :)
Thank you so much!
Beautifully transformed. The bathrooms are very modern too.
Thanks so much! I'm glad I tried new tiles on the bathrooms.
@@TransformRealEstate the tiles was a nice touch, it made the bathroom look more modern and the larger vanity was a nice touch people love that
I love how you redid the floor plan and changing the hallway was huge! LOVE IT!!!
Thank you so much Amy! Yeah, a functional floor plan can really make a big difference!
If I learned something from this is NEVER use pink for your home, it dates the property quickly
Haha, true that!
You have a very good eye for design. And it looks like you make a big effort to create a beautiful and structurally sound home. Impressive and well done!

Such great style!! So many flips look like flips and your flips never do..always well composed and well designed/composed!
The one thing I've noticed throughout your flips, are the recessed lights. I love that they installed them in rows. It really satisfies my OCD 👍
I LOVE the bathroom tiles ! Always nice to see your flips! The new owners will be so happy!
the hallway change alone is a game changer. great job with making it wider and getting those ceilings up
I guess the average salary is $300k in San Fran lol. $1 mil for that house wow.
This is a great remodel. Nice hexagon tile. That’s my favorite floor. I also love when you upload and look forward to that notification. Keep em coming!
Thank you! I love hexagon tiles too! Really appreciate your support!
Elisa - Your approach of creating a desirable home at the right cost has obviously leant to your success as a residential real estate investor. I like how you consider buyer requirements rather than what is the cheapest and fastest way out of a flip. Thanks
Thank you for being transparent about all the costs! Such an informative video, and a beautiful remodel!
Bravo for the informational and in depth walk-through of your flipping process! No second is wasted! Continue the great jobs! 👍
You do amazing work on all of these! Great taste! Simple but always tasteful & beautiful! Love love love your videos! 🌷🌿🌷🥰
low key obsessed with the pink appliances
Stunning bathrooms! Love the whole project.
Such a great remodel! The bathrooms are my favorite. The tile and patterns are so sleek and sexy, but the vanity brings in a great warm/farm house feel. A great blend of multiple styles
So glad you liked it! I wasn't sure how it's going to look, but very happy with the result!
Wow! More than 2000 home flips 😯 thats amazing! 👏🏻

What a cute home that would have been in its prime! Great job at bringing it back to life!
It turned out great. May I ask, have you ever been faced with a house so bad you’ve thought of knocking it down & building new? Around here, a common practice is knock down a small house & build a duplex or subdivide the lot for two skinny houses. Have you ever done that or built from a bare lot?
Love this video and the transformation! Keep up the good work!
Thank you so much! Will do!
Trulu outstanding renovation and staging!
You'd never know it was the same home from the before and after. Wow!
Excellent and thoughtful remodel. You have amazing talent! Your videos are well done. I just subscribed and look forward to all your projects!

This is so amazing! The bathroom tile look definitely very modern look, love it ,love the color u pick too!
That house was probably so cute at one point with all the pink 😍
Wow. It looks amazing for one! 2. I cannot believe how expensive california is 😳
Lol, was thinking the same thing, prices are on another level, here in Europe such money will buy you a mansion complete with pool, maids and maintenence guys.
The Bay Area and LA are expensive Merced-Bakersfield is where it’s at!
Anything in the Bay Area and along the coast is expensive in California when you venture inland more (east) it gets a lot cheaper. 3 bedroom 2 bath where I live would be $300,000+
Not all of California is expensive
Very informative video and love the transformation you did!!
Aww, thank you so much!
Great job! Love the after - kitchen, yard, everything 💗. I’d have a tub in the master bath instead of a shower, though.
Thank you! If there was space for a separate tub, I would have done it, but the bathrooms here are so small 😏
I love the bathroom designs but I always look for a bathtub in the master, personally. This was overall a beautiful and desireable renovated home.
I love the herringbone look in the bathrooms and the glass doir to the laundry. Is there pantry space in there?
Curtains would have been necessary in the Master bedroom... you could see directly the bed from the street...
Is there a reason why you don’t put refrigerators in?
The whole house is beautiful
Wow....beautuful transformation....
Thanks so much!
Thank you for giving us all the cost information - it's important to know. You did an amazing job!
Finally, a new video from you. Been waiting for this.
I love this video. I wish I can get my house done. Since I lost my job and having three children under 18 it’s hard to afford to fix it.
Such a beautiful remodel! I really feel like you are making these neighborhoods a better place, one house at a time!
I’m not sure what it’s called (designer maybe?) but would you ever be open if someone came up to you and paid you to transform their home?
Thank you so much! Yeah, I love seeing happy neighbors too :) Designing is not a service I offer right now, but I'm happy to offer some suggestions.
I was thinking about the same thing. Our house needs your design. :)
Just rewatched this video, it is absolutely a stunning transformation. You’re so talented. Can you please let me know the names of the colors for outside, inside and trims? We like to paint our house with those colors, they’re so beautiful and modern. Thanks a lot.
Thank you! Exterior paint is Timber wolf by Benjamin Moore. Interior paint is San Francisco Fog by Kelly Moore. Trim is Swiss coffee.
Can you do a video sharing information about the paint colors that you use?
I laughed at all the pink, some of our friends bought a house around this age, their appliances are turquoise and the cabinets were “pickled” . Love the herringbone in the hall bath.
My favorite part is the glass window door to the laundry room. Then we can see when the laundry is done and don't have to hear it
Once again, just wonderful!
Kind of love all the pink in the before lol too bad nobody is going to buy with those pink fixtures.
Didn't bother to forward playback and surprised with the kitchen and open concept. Love this, really great job!
Thank you so much 😊
Gorgeous!! 🤍
Amazing transformation! Could you please tell me where you purchased front door and what color the door is? Looking for similar style and color of door.
Great videos! Do you have any that specifically address contractor selection and availability?
You do such interesting work, I'm really impressed. Subscribed!
Hi Elisa, what flooring did you use and where did you buy your tiles? I love the finishing touches and am looking to do something similar for my house rehab in San Leandro.
You do very good remodeling work. I love them.
love it, good job! I hope I can also do this for a living one day
that kitchen looks amazing! wow
Thanks 🙏
you guys did a wonderful job on the kitchen, looks so much bigger than the before video...great job and congrats

That would have cost you 1.4 mill in California you played it smart
You are a true star, amazing work, you explain everything so well, keep up your great work, I love your taste & style
Wonderful modern transformation. No wonder it sold out so quick 👍👍👍love your channel 💜💜💜
Aww! Thank you so much! So happy to hear that!
Beautifully done but you really should powerwash the driveway and backyard walkways! It gets the dirt off and makes concrete look like new. Easy to do and makes a huge difference. Keep up the good work!
Thanks! I think we did do that, but it didn’t come out as good as usual because it’s too old.
It would be great if you can share the purchase list of your flip
Renovating the house is easy. What’s my concern is the pipes. Do you change all the pipes? I mean.. it’s an old house?
Beautiful remodel and congratulations on the sale! Our master bathroom is similar to this one, and I love how you reconfigured it so cleverly.
