Got this light for my birthday back in august. It looks impressive in the video, but when you see it in real life, its pretty amazing! Awesome light and awesome service! You have many recomendations from me! Thanks for the great service!
Love my m21x. Bought it to mount on my benelli 12 gauge but it quickly replaced my Fenix ta 21 as my work light. Gotta have the m22 now. Think I'll get 2. One for work and one for my rifle. Nice review btw...
I recommend the nitecore p12. It has a mode button that makes it a lot easier to use, it's less expensive than the m22, and the p12 not only fits in your pocket better, but it seems like it's brighter for longer (even though it says the output is the same amount of lumens) with the same battery.
My first and only tactical flash light I have is the ol' surefire defender with strike bezel. The lens is made if Pyrex glass. I bought it several years ago. That being said, what is the best tactical flashlight that has the best bang for your buck. I'm kind of leaning to the m22 warrior.
I bought the M22 when it first came out, and then another just recently. The newer one seems to be quite a bit brighter, and slightly warmer color. But it also heats up a lot faster when on high. Did they change them somehow?
Hey Marshall. If you set the memory for high mode, do you still have to click 3 times for strobe? Also, does the combat ring thread on or is it a slip on? Reason I ask is because I want the light to ride in my surefire v70 flashlight holder and I don't want exposed threads. Appreciate your high quality vids. Thanks again
Hey y'all! I actually purchased this light from you 2weeks ago. My kit did not come with the extra o rings or the clear push button. Are those available in all kits or is their different kits depending on options? Thanks for all your help. I LOVE the light!!!
I've seen this light with both a blue and a red ring. I tried Googling but only got results about different filters. Is there a difference between the lights (different LED for example)?
+Going Gear The one you have in the video has a red one. I mean the o-ring around the reflector. I did a little more research and found out that allegedly the newer Olight flashlights have a blue glow in the dark o-ring. The older models allegedly have a red ring.
Craig Graves yeah, was only 37, same age as my wife. They kept the reason private so I have no idea what was going on and why he passed. Was definitely my favorite RUclipsr!
I think i will grab one of these, good beam. I note you used a 3100mAh battery. What is the highest mAh battery these torches can handle? I also own a TM15 and tried 4200 mAh batteries and it did not like them.
@Goinggear, well, i have had an ea4 for a while and was looking to upgrade soon and i was thinking about this, so i was curious if the throw was further and brighter, thanks
I like this light and similar sized ones but wondered, can Rechargeable 18650 batteries be used with any of the flashlights that use them such as this or will it be detrimental?
would this be brighter than the nitecore p25? and could you actually do a review of the two flashlights with a remote trigger on them and how the interface would be? coz i'm considering buying this for my airsoft rifle. thanks!
The question is: Which RCR123A do you (or anybody) recommend for this light?... I'm asking because I installed 2 Nitecore 650mAh RCR123A batteries in my M22 Warrior, both batteries are brand new and full charged but everytime I press the switch the light comes on but turns off right away, it won't stay on no matter how many time I press the switch, looks like the batteries are no powerful enought so I decided to use a single 18650 and it works perfect so I'm guessing the two Nitecore RCR123A batteries don't support the M22 because of it's much higher voltage.
+Going Gear I have the same problem with my M22. It stopped working pretty early on. It only lights up really low even though I put in new batteries. And I cannot change it whatsoever. I tried cleaning it with hand sanitizer but it doesn't seem to work. You have any idea what I can do?
I got 12 Eagletac 18650 from GoingGear. Nice battery, hold up well, I have few light to play around with. Its that M22 in tern in thow and flood better than the Fenix TK35 U2? I need to know A.S.A.P. Thanks..
Hi Marshall, thanks for a great review. What would you personally recommend out of this light and the eagletac g25c2 mk2 xm-l2 with 1180 lumens? Both look like great lights but would love an experts opinion .thanks
I just received my olight m22 and I did a test outside and the lumens don't appear to be that bright hmmmm, I own several lights and my Supertac by streamlight appears to have a brighter and longer throw. The jury is still out on this light, I'm going to run a few more tests outside in almost complete darkness and in the woods I will update when the personal review is done. All reviews have been positive but so far a bit disappointed... For arguments sake I own a olight S10 for the wife,S20 for my car, the supertac for my 12 gauge, and a S& W m&p tactical with strobe function I forget the model. I may return this light and go for higher lumens . I guess it's trial and error, I hate returning things, Nice flashlight reviews on your channel though keep up the good work, Gus Mich.
Great review, I was thinking of buying the M20s but then i saw this one and at the same price here in Sweden so a no brainer really. Thanks for the help =)
lol and now I found your review of the R40 seeker and I'm getting that one instead since i really liked the idea with the micro usb charging. I'm traveling a lot with when I'm working and i always have my phone and charger with me so that means i dont have to take with me extra chargers etc.
Ah nice. Looking forward to try it out and it has been sent so I might get it tomorrow if I'm lucky. Very good videos btw, really informative and entertaining.
There was a time when we thought the same about stuff made in Japan, and today companies will go as far as to point out that its made in Japan. Theres no doubt that the Chinese make cheap low quality stuff but they also make very good stuff. They just happen to make nearly everything so anything that is junk is likely made there just due to mathematical odds.

The lumens just keep going higher and higher! Pretty crazy how far lighting tech has come in such short time.
Great video and thanks for showing how the user interface works. I see the Warrior line of flashlights from Olight just keep getting better.
Been using mine since 2015 still going strong.
Nice vid. I bought a M22, and I like it a lot. It is my go to light for now. Thank you

You didn't show it with the diffuser on.
I had the m21x flashlight but it was not good had to return it .this one looks good
This would be great on a carbine. But, what do you think about the feasibility of using this on a pistol attached to a 1" mount?

Olight m22 or fenix pd35 2014 edition? Regards of throw and tint color. I haven't seen many reviews on the 2014 edition yet thanks.
***** Sold, M22 it is. No money in the bank at the moment but hopefully you guys will have the 20% off sale again 👌
Miss you Marshall and praying daily still for your family. Rest in peace brother.
he passed away??

There is no option on your website for bezel colour. Does it come with the black or silver bezel?
I like this light and similar sized ones but wondered, can Rechargeable 18650 batteries be used with any of the flashlights that use them such as this or will it be detrimental?

for rifle mounting on an AK I'm looking at this, the M20/M21 series, or the Fenix TK15. What would be your recommendation?
What if there was a supplemental rail system that could accomadate it? It would be great to have nearly 1000 Lumens attached to a pistol!
Marshall which one would say is brighter this M22 or the Nitecore srt7? It's really difficult to tell just from the videos.
How long does the Turbo last before it automatically moves down to High? Thanks
Does Olight make a red diffuser for the M22? If not, does the diffuser for the M21 fit the M22?
I have a bulk supply of CR123A batteries which I bought for the surefire defender. Can I use it for the M22?
Damn... I have the M21X Warrior, now i gotta upgrade
Wish they made a traffic cone attachment for the M22.

Olight website stated 2x CR123A or 1x 18650 for this light. I don't think 2xRCR will be supported because of the higher voltage of the batteries.
Thanks for the speedy reply, will you be doing a review on the new g25c2 xm-l2 so I could see them both in action?thanks again
I was looking at eBay for the m22 And I seen 1 that had a blue ring and another had a red ring.
What are those marshall??
I haven't used it now for a while and "loosen and tighten the head" doesn't work anymore. Any suggestion!?
+Going Gear I have the same problem with my M22. It stopped working pretty early on. It only lights up really low even though I put in new batteries. And I cannot change it whatsoever. I tried cleaning it with hand sanitizer but it doesn't seem to work. You have any idea what I can do?
+Going Gear yes its a couple of CR123A:s. Nothing happens when I twist the head or when I press the button multiple times.
I got 12 Eagletac 18650 from GoingGear. Nice battery, hold up well, I have few light to play around with. Its that M22 in tern in thow and flood better than the Fenix TK35 U2? I need to know A.S.A.P. Thanks..

Is that a 1 inch battery tube for weapons mounting?

which do you prefer olight m22 or nitecore srt7???
Are these durable enough to be mounted to a rifle? Can it handle 5.56 or 7.62x.39 recoil?
can you do a review on the Fenix PD35 and the latest 980 lumen G25C2 as well?
Does anybody knows if the Olight M20 Warrior spare battery magazine for CR123A and the rear anodized ring cover will fit the M22 Warrior?
Is this much brighter than an ea4?
Which one would you recommend, Nitecore SRT7, or the M22?
Great review, I was thinking of buying the M20s but then i saw this one and at the same price here in Sweden so a no brainer really. Thanks for the help =)

Is this light brighter then the nitecore p25
Nice review! The M22 is a really good light, although a few grams too heavy in my opinion ;)
Could you review the new 820 lumen Klarus XT-11 XM-L2?
How many metres from you to tree in 8:15?
great video...thanks for taking the time
This light or the nitecore srt7??
Great review.
It's a shame you have to buy recharble batteries. Why don't they make em with a charger?
I like it!
BOTH
the flashlight goes the other way
Ya I looked all in the case. It's all good please email me and I can let you know what I do have.
tacticool
NO
It's a shame these are made in china.
I wouldn't go as to say they are better than surefire. They are cheaper. That's about it
There was a time when we thought the same about stuff made in Japan, and today companies will go as far as to point out that its made in Japan.
