      There's more to it than that, I think. But in general, I agree. And I think Tony's definition of "a good boss" is different than what most people's definitions are. In his mind, he thinks he's a good boss, because his fans and employees like and respect him. But if AEW were a publicly traded company, I'm not sure his shareholders would agree. Tony, like Dixie, has private money, so it's a weird situation.
      I don't think at the end of the day Goldberg has the time or patience to just be another one of Tony's toys. Goldberg has enough money. You can't buy time. Goldberg's legacy is cemented. He made the right call.

      Squashing Omega wouldn't do anything to enhance his image/reputation. BUT spending more than 2 minutes in the ring with that little joke would ruin his image because he should be able to murder that girly performer in no time at all. So Goldberg wouldn't be sad at all. He's dodged a bullet by not tarnishing his reputation to put over "wrestlers" that can't protect their own image.

    What he means is Dixie Carter came from a rich family and her dad basically gave her TNA as a "toy" for her to play with. She was also not really a leader and let the inmates run the asylum same with Tony Khan.

      Yes, but there's a reason she was given a toy and not an executive position with the family energy company. Same with Tony and the family car parts company. This is common in and out of wrestling. If you're an NFL fan, now you know why Detroit Lions fans suffered under a bad owner for decades.
      Brian Wilson of The Beach Boys was also a sweetheart of a guy, but also had a habit of attracting the wrong types of people, and they ran him, because they knew they could.

AEW fans claim to "love wrestling and want what's best for it", yet the moment someone comes along and even hints at something that could possibly be interpreted as something negative about AEW and TK if you squint your eyes, instead of listening to that for the sake of wrestling, they instead try and do a whataboutism. WWE fans have nothing to do with this conversation.

      Yeah everything you just went on about AEW fans doing the other company fanbase does. I've seen that side of the fanbase get sensitive to criticisms whenever "Papa H" is criticized for his booking in the slightest. I've seen that side of the fanbase do the whataboutisms with AEW themselves on WWE topic videos. So it doesn't make sense to make it seem like it's only AEW fans are doing it.

    Goldberg has always been Warrior 2.0
    Hes older now and his ability has slowed. Not much to add at this point.
    Warrior could have added some crazy promos after his time to help the company. Like an old cosmic wizard.

      WWE and AEW are both extremely cheesy. No selling moves that would end a fight in a boxing ring or MMA octagon is cheesy. Wrestlers waiting around to catch someone jumping off the top rope are cheesy. Goldberg's quick matches look real compared to modern wrestling.
