The cmd prompt part is the real answer. Finding the root cause is always frustrating in the realm of computers. Thank you so so much

This didn't work for me but this video did gave me an Idea on what's causing it and how to fix it . My USB 3.1 was waking up my PC and how I fixed it.
(THE FIX THAT WORKED FOR ME)
    - Find the device waking your PC UP and if it's USB 3.1 or 3.0
    - Find out what is connected to that USB 3.1, for me it was my MICROPHONE
    - Power off (Power Button if it has one) your MICROPHONE or whatever is connected to your 3.1
    - Put your computer to sleep.
Hope this work for you guys cause it worked for me! Cheers!

I just tried it. Hope it works. all other videos directed me to the power management tab in KEYBOARD not NETWORK ADAPTER. there was no power management tab in the keyboard section. But, there is a power mgt tab in network adapter. Its taken me 4 weeks to find this.

I am getting Pop-ups every time my PC returns to service from sleep. Is there anyway to stop this? Right now I am getting the NY Stock Exchange in a pop-up window.

Thank you. I was not getting any useful info from the -lastwake command. I hope disabling wake timers will solve the problem.
