Ingredients for alkaki:
3 cups Wheat
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon yeast
1 teaspoon baking powder
Warm water to form dough
Ingredients for syrup:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 lemon or tamarind (tamarind is the ideal)
