I have a doubt. Many youtubers saying Google and huge well known IT or non IT companies hiring candidate's based on their skill level .So if I learn particular skill like app developer and web developer any software based skills , it take few months to complete. So if I complete the full course could Google and big companies hire me ???????? Is that enough for get a job ?????

Nowadays , society ( I mean the people around us ) are always finding fault in others .They are not ready to appreciate others.Most of the times they are always focussing the bad events..I am recently seeing this mass mentality.what is the reason? How to overcome these stress on us that we are always focussed on how the society will think in every activity of our day to day life .How to deal with it.sir
Just ignore those negative ppl. Daily practice and put your schedule and make yourselves busy. So that you will be focused and ignore those negativity.
It's a thought about pleasing others. We need to understand that there are nearly 8 billion people in Earth. Is it possible to satisfy Every living Human on Earth. No. So how to deal with this attitude of pleasing or thinking what society will think is a never ending problem. Instead of pleasing the society. Focus on yourself. Practice Self Love. Follow the words of your Manasatchi.. You feel relieved and relaxed. You don't have to be a people pleaser. It will create unlimited tension. Instead just focus on your life, you'll feel easier.. Got this advice from an expert Psychologist.
