  • A cheap way to cut down some road noise and metal vibrations. We install this Dynamat type of product in the 1989 Chevy S10 Cameo. First we use POR 15 to treat some surface rust from a bad heater core.

I've used P.O.R.15 for over 25 years. Great stuff. It actually wil last decades if properly applied. And it actually sticks like glue to properly treated rust, it is not meant to be a coating for rust free metal.

You talking about the carpet or the trim piece that goes just under the window.

Just adding my 2 cents on the rust in the cab. On mine every time i wash it or it rains the vents would leak water on cab floor. It took me awhile to find and get all leaks sealed up.

Ive got some videos on fixing cab leaks. Running through a car wash is the best way to find those.

Great vid man looking good. Hey quick question which do you prefer? The Chevy Xtreme wheels or the gmc zq’s?? Iv never owned the gmc so always had a thing for the Chevy style how about you?

There were 6 different wheels that were available with the zq8 package over the years. Which are you referring to ? The "zq8" wheels that came on my sonoma GT were the 15" steel rally. I like them better than the others. But I'm not a real big fan of stock wheels.
