    If Dwight just dedicates himself into just being a player like Bill Russell. Defense, rebound, blocking shots, instead of worrying about getting the ball and scoring, then he'll be a much better player
    15 pts, 15 Rebs, 4 blks should be his goals

      He has and he's been amazing at that and all people ever do is bitch about how he doesn't score enough. 3 back to back DPOY's as well as multiple blocked shots & rebounding titles prove that.

    why would a ball player want his legs to be all juiced up like a steriod user his legs are already stronger than the average he cant squat more than most you probley are on the riods right or do you play football

    2:20. "You'll stop it if it's wrong". Then why the fuck are you allowing him to get away with the shitty technique on the one arm press at 0:30?!
    I coach this myself. Shoulders stay parallel. Body should NOT rotate, elbow shouldn't dip.
    Blows my mind what you guys get away with.
