@@NautiStyles I’ve appreciated and enjoyed your channel for a long time now. I’m currently working in Omaha, Nebraska but hope to get back to open waters very soon! Thanks for doing what you do!
@htoddgriffin4787 this boat is very basic and looks run down. Must have been a charter and not well taken care of. That money for those features? Nah thanks
@htoddgriffin4787 Those welds are the nautical equivalent to spot welds. Once all the plates are in place and everything looks good, then they go over the welds, finishing them up and sealing the boat. It's done like that on purpose. They are not because of shoddy workmanship.
I like the sort of retro look of those Berings from a few year ago. They remind me of naval ships from WWI. I'm into styles they had back in the day of my grandparents up to my childhood. (Late 1800s to 1960s) I made my living photographing vintage pinup and old style Hollywood portraiture. I was really surprised when they introduced their new designs and I love them just as much.
I personally like seeing all the panels in the engine room off and things taken apart, that just shows that they are going through everything before they sell it, and that's a good thing.
I gotta say, Bering life is a lifelong dream.. Ever since I first learned of Bering, and how over the top the build quality is, I knew whatI wanted in life. Even though the 70 isn't to my taste, as I prefer the 65/72, it's amazing to see (and correct me if I'm wrong..) a full displacement steel vessel that can do nearly 2 NMPG at cruise! That alone is amazing. Most boats of this size, you're lucky to see half that. This Bering is bound to make someone's retirement life amazing!
"For your drunk friends?" Hahahahaha! Drive by! You have impeccable timing in dealing one-line zingers. Victoria Chalaya, expert class RUclips sniper. 😄
She's a Beautiful boat and great they are switching her over to American Caribbean electric capability. The engine room was huge I thought and everything easy to get to if needed to be worked on. You two are doing a magnificent job making your videos keep them coming . Stay safe see you next video
I love the yacht, especially the “industrial” engineering Rico loves. Rico must miss the Captain’s chair. Bering is definitely my favourite builder. I also love to see what Victoria is wearing in this beautiful weather!
Wow! I really like the layout of this boat. The profile is so sleek. And the accomodations and amenities are excellent. Cruise and live in comfort on this beauty. Truly one of the nicest yachts I have seen that really appeals to my tastes. Too bad I'll never be able to afford such a great luxury as this. Someone will be very happy with this.
I’ve been watching you two for some time now and I know you do a lot of these boat tours, I have to say you both keep it fresh and fun. Your chemistry is real. I can’t wait to see you on your new boat, entertaining guests.❤🎉
I agree, Victoria and Rico...it is very cool that this B70 made her way here... and she has been re-spec’ed for the USA. I recognized and personally love the fact that this is the VERY FIRST B70 built. Heads up people...there is only one Bering 70 number one...😎
Another mighty fine video. Dollar for dollar, the B70 is my favorite Bering. Victoria, those things holding the doors? They are called dogs; you know, like Cebaka.
10:35 Washer Dryer is super easy to repair or replace in that location. The extra details on this boat are amazing, yes AMAZING ! I'll say it for you bro...
You guys are the best 😊😊. I have a question. Why don’t you guys post the list price for tour boat reviews? It would be nice to be able to compare. Thanks 🙏🇨🇦👍
When I started visiting Florida in the 1950's very few "normal folks" had A/C in their homes or cars. You just lived with the heat. My Grandmother was a school teacher and her school wasn't airconditioned either. I love the A/C in my home and pickup and don't want to go back to the old days.
It's a Bering, so you know it's well built. Also a nice layout for cruising or live aboard. Based on the interior space, in addition to the extra 5' of length your build must also have quite a bit more beam. Thanks for another great tour, and pleasant start to the weekend.
French doors are of light construction usually with glass panes or wooden slats extending most of its length and usually swing outward. They are often seen on balconies and interior spaces where ruggedness are less of a concern. The doors on that yacht are double doors because of their robustness. Metal fittings used to secure watertight doors, hatch covers and scuttles are called dogs. Sometimes claws. Securing a watertight door is called dogging. In engineering, a dog is a tool that prevents or imparts movement through physical engagement. It's a metaphor derived from the idea of a dog biting and holding onto something. A "dog" device always has some special engineering element to it. It is never a simple wedge, bar or pipe.
20+ years of building homes here. French doors are glass paneled, double doors are solid. That is literally the only defining difference in the two, for homes, anyway. I don't know if they have different meanings on boats, but not sure why they would.
The fasteners on the weather/water-tight doors are called "dogs" ;) That dual anchor configuration on the forecastle/bow really lends itself to Med-mooring, awesome! Love your videos, looking forward to seeing your new boat!
Hey guys! at 10:05 you asked French or Double door? The answer is Double door. To add the "French" qualifier to a door you would need grills separating the glass into smaller lights. Hence, you could have Single French doors, Double French doors, Folding or Bifold French doors and Patio or Sliding French doors. Take it from a guy with over 20 years in the doors and windows industry. Cheers
Love the B70, Bering 80/88 Range is incredible and being an Aussie having so far to go to get anywhere it's probably the first choice (pending winning a massive lottery) but I think the Bering 70/78 is next for me they are just a beautiful looking yacht.
Captains chair is a must especially at night when you’re cruising for nine hours in the dark, watching the radar and the plot charter. I don’t want an extra screen with IR cameras for night time also.
This is for sale on the Bering site. Definitely a nice unit. I’d love to be able to buy something like this. Could easily justify this and getting tutors for my children.
I like that Bering does 2 full sized engines that can often be run 1 at a time, rather than a "certain brand" that does 1 full sized engine and a reduced "get back to home" emergency engine.
OMG that's the type I was discussing with familiar people a few weeks ago. 🤩 Buying lottery ticket tonight!!! Engine room is fantastic along with the rest of the yacht. Just love this layout. And especially the bow angle, just looks like a WW1 Dreadnought. 👌
I would imagine that during the original build in Turkey, an option available would be both USA and MED electrical capabilities? Extra $$$$ for sure, but then the boat could cruise anywhere. You two definitely made a great choice when selecting BERING for your "ultimate build." I am looking forward to your "shakedown cruise" at some point in the future. Also, another great tour of a sea-worthy boat.
When are we going to get a tour of a Bering 80? We’ve heard Alexi say that there are several in production and it looks like a wonderful yacht! Please! More Bering yachts!
I do like the laundry by the door. Creative. As an American/European, I prefer the air sun dry of linens. Throw a line out and put the white sheets under the sun
I love that Bering “overbuilds” everything they do. That’s craftsmanship that never goes out of style. ❤
Thank you so much Alvin

I hop Bering fixes all those "bad welds" on @NautiStyles build. Looked pretty sketchy to me. 😮
@htoddgriffin4787 this boat is very basic and looks run down. Must have been a charter and not well taken care of. That money for those features? Nah thanks

Thx to the 2 of you I've gained a huge appreciation for Bering's attention to detail & functionality. Thx.

👌 makes sense
Bering yachts in a class by itself!!
I love that dark grey/silver hull color. Lots of deck space for lounging. And of course the safety and stability of a Bering.
Totally agree!
It's a Bering, so I knew it was going to be a nice one! But for me, that black pilothouse interior is the cat's meow. Truly stunning!
I gotta say, Bering life is a lifelong dream.. Ever since I first learned of Bering, and how over the top the build quality is, I knew whatI wanted in life. I usually like the “traditional” look to a boat, but damn I really like the look/style of this Bering! 😮😁👍👍
How can you not love these Bering yachts? They are built to last and beautiful to look at.
I love the 70 , it looks like a mini battleship.
A very slick looking vessel. I really like the pilot house. I think it's perfect! Batman would feel right at home!!!
lol yes he would lol
I need a "Full Displacement" shirt too. 😀
Looks like a prelude to what Nauti is going to be enjoying...Bearing...built for a lifetime...one tough ship...
yessss 💙
So kool of boat. Looks like a battleship
"For your drunk friends?" Hahahahaha! Drive by!
You have impeccable timing in dealing one-line zingers.
Victoria Chalaya, expert class RUclips sniper. 😄
I like the fact that you can access the engine room without having to go out on a weather deck.
💙🙏
Given the nature of this build, I could easily see that you'd be in places where this would be a very nice feature! 👍 Thoughtful.
that engine room could use some more powerful engines...say 2 1000hps at least
She's a Beautiful boat and great they are switching her over to American Caribbean electric capability. The engine room was huge I thought and everything easy to get to if needed to be worked on.
You two are doing a magnificent job making your videos keep them coming .

I think double doors are usually solid wood and french doors (which is a type of double door) have glass panes
Just love this gal. Beautiful, great smile, funny, pleasant and would walk behind her giving a tour any day. Love the hair style as well.
I love the layout of this boat. Very family, private owner/operator, liveaboard oriented.
We agree!
I love the yacht, especially the “industrial” engineering Rico loves. Rico must miss the Captain’s chair. Bering is definitely my favourite builder. I also love to see what Victoria is wearing in this beautiful weather!
👌😉🤪
VERY nice layout - love the Bering! And of course a fantastic tour by the NautiTeam!
Many thanks!
Is it me or does this Bering seem very narrow compared to other bearings ?
You beat me to it, that is exactly the same what I was thinking.
I was thinking the same thing. Seems to be a case of style over substance.
Ditto
It’s hull #1 of the B70, it got wider
I was thinking the same thing.
You are the best at describing and displaying for sale boats. No one does it better.
Yes. Thank you both very much. And Bering of course.
Great looking Bering, It must make you really want to see your 75 finished
This has my favorite design profiles out of all their hulls. I would like this one just bumped up slighly in size if I could get one.
I’ve been watching you two for some time now and I know you do a lot of these boat tours, I have to say you both keep it fresh and fun. Your chemistry is real. I can’t wait to see you on your new boat, entertaining guests.❤🎉
Very nice I really like the profile of this vessel while cruising!!

I need that shirt n hat combo!
That's a lot of boat in a compact package.
I think Bering makes the most sensible yacht for sure.
I think the washer/dryer combo right by the aft is a perfect location for beach towels.
Combos never dry
Incloseing the outside is not just for cold climates, I feel it is a must here in FL during the summer months w/ AC.
...amazing what they can do with 70' compared to 25 or 30 years ago. Layout makes such a huge difference.
it truly does
Bering builds a Beautiful Yacht and let's never forget about swing a bigger Prop !! Love you Guys !!
I love how the little "subscribe" pillow keeps popping up! It's so cute! Love you guys! 🤩😍😊😘
Thank you!! 😊 we love you back
Another mighty fine video. Dollar for dollar, the B70 is my favorite Bering. Victoria, those things holding the doors? They are called dogs; you know, like Cebaka.
The subscribe cushion and Rico hustling nautistyles was probably the best I've seen y'all do so far. Nice job, nice ship.
10:35 Washer Dryer is super easy to repair or replace in that location. The extra details on this boat are amazing, yes AMAZING ! I'll say it for you bro...
12:00 Even the dish washer is easy to replace because they just used a regular residential unit !
Love that Flyback Chrono
OMG...I really love this Yacht...The quality stands out everywhere.
Thanks Alan - happy to hear!
I'm always a fan of the Bering tours!
I think Bering over building their boats gives a new meaning to "there is no replacement for displacement".
The fasteners on the doors are "Seadogs" For dogging that hatch. Great boat, and a wonderful presentation......Thanks for posting.
So Wise , Thank You . Looks like a well designed boat . I Really like the engine room access and layout . Thank You for the fine tour
Our pleasure! We are happy you enjoyed it!

Love this B70! I'm so used to drooling over eCats, that I forget just how narrow real ships beams are LOL
Very nice build. Thank you for showing. Sharp, crisp but smooth
As always a Brilliant detailed fun tour of this Beautiful Bering mini ship

So true!
Another great video! Love this boat.
Love that Full Displacement hat!
Can’t wait to see the Bering 145!!
One. In my opinion, the best looking Bering.
Great detailed tour. Thanks 😊
Thank you for showing us this boat. This is gong to be a nice boat for a couple with a few friends. Bearing makes amazing yachts. 👍
Awwwww thank you so much Ray

if I win the lottery this is the first thing I'm buying, not even exaggerating in the slightest.

So happy to see the inside of this 70 - I loved it from afar in Turkey. Such a nice boat, but there again it IS a Bering! 🙂
Glad you enjoyed it!

I know fastboats691 knows this, but...This is why fastening hatches is called 'dogging the hatch'.
its a dog ear latch, common among not just sea faring but all vessels.
@@petesheppard1709 exactly right, its 100 year old naval terminology.

Honestly for the build quality and everything that has been replaced, this yacht is a steal.

Love the large windows on the main deck! 👍👍
I like that even though I know they are Bering people they still make the Bering review feel like a normal review.
Thanks Guys! Great tour of this beautiful vessel
Glad you enjoyed it!
Hiya Vico,
A perfect tour again. Thank you both again.
Nothing more to say.
Fair winds and following sea,

Gorgeous boat…ship really. Looks like it has been wonderfully taken care of, like new. Love the tours - and full displacement ;)

What a GREAT design ! Love the updates and U.S. specs.
Glad you like them!
37°C? Ugh
I really like the look of this thing. Lower and sleeker than other Berings and with the looks of a battleship.
