Yeah massive development, brand new stadium of 60k with an aim for hosting anything from NFL games to music concerts, let alone football at club and national level. And they’re adding new transport links to the stadium and the city as a whole so it’s changing Birmingham completely. A sporting complex worth billions of pounds, it will be enormous!

Everton is almost finished and Luton has started . As for the rest i doubt most will see fruition. Villa has already cancelled the idea and Newcastle can only develop the current ground.
