From what I have heard there are such things as "flat pack" stadiums which can house up to 40k so that could be somehow debated with the Freeman to allow us to use part of the Moor temporarily with some sort of preservation deal for the future of Leazes. We are beyond wanting 6-10k more seats when we fill a 56k seater with 10s of thousands wanting tickets too. I believe we will aim for 70-80k seats. Camp Nou gives us a good idea what can be done if the pitch level is lowered below ground level if we can figure out the stability with having train lines below. either way, it seems like most want to stay in the same spot just rebuild.
