Pruning a massive Italian Cypress can be daunting and could ABSOLUTELY require you to hire a Certified Arborist like myself or someone in your area. ESPECIALLY if you don't have the PROPER TOOLS like a ladder, extendable pole saw and pruner, a safety belt, helmet and ropes to keep you safe from falling.
