Somehow the justice system in Hard Time III is way worse than how it is irl.
its very RNG when the judge isn't your enemy or friend. when the judge is close to you, like friend or gf/bf, its automatic win, while if the judge have a personal beef with ya, it's automatic lose in court

It doesn’t seem to work. Ive only seen it once-I arrested an officer, and he got the death penalty, but he was still wandering around the prison afterward🤷🏿♂️

It's funny because you can actually arrest people without being a officer. Just do this secret that i found while playing this game. Look one officer in the area. Tap their name to control their character. Then grab anyone that you want to arrest. It works for me.
Becuz you are practically playing as the officer now bruh.. that's honestly Is cheating so I don't switch players unless about to die

I played an inmate in this game with a 21 day sentence literally all I did was sleep through my sentence because tune goes faster when you sleep so I did get arrested once for sleeping but I got out before they could press charges

This is comical. The officer apologized, was forgiven, then was falsely accused by the guy he apologized to and was sentenced to death, and showed no reaction to the judge's decision. Only Mdickie's games can provide us with these comical moments xD

When you served your sentence when u become civilian officers will ask if you want to join the force and you say yes and that’s how you become an officer
Or ask the officers that’s what I did.
Or get pro license

bro how to confiscated illegal weapon in game
go grab the illegal things and go to other room throw them then go back to the same room where you where assign to confiscate the illegal weapons. when an inmate is holding an illegal weapon and there's a "Posession" in their names, arrest them, but when u arent a officer then just steal the items and throw them to other room
Just take away the Inmates posses. Or clear any weapon lying around in the area if asked
