I made them last year and they were delicious. My first ribs on the grill! When I did em last time I made one slab on the grill and another in the oven. Well this time I will be doing both slabs on the grill just going to start a little earlier 😉. Maybe I’ll grill up these wings for my wife and I tonight! She loves hot wings and I know she would love these. Anywho have a great weekend!
GREAT JOB as always. Did chicken legs on my Q today. Also, I don't know if you have Tractor Supply Store there in NY but I have had my gas tank refilled there for the second time and it just seems like the tank lasts longer then just swapping out the tanks.

Also, I'm not sure, but sometimes I feel like my grill doesn't get as hot when there's less gas in the tank. Might be making that up in my head though. Have you noticed any difference in temps when you've got less gas in your tank?
No but I do keep my grill in a metal building for safe keeping. I just open the door and start it. The fact it's enclosed may be why I see little temperature variation.

Sorry to be the one to point this out - PLEASE make sure you don’t cut the chicken AND the veggies (or pretty much anything else) with the SAME knife unless you give it a good wash in between. Those uncooked chicks have some really dangerous GI-trouble causing bacteria and especially in kids, can be quite nasty. Thanks and enjoy your BBQ responsibly!

Do you ever put them back on the grill after putting on the sauce so they aren't so wet?
I don't because I like them wet. But it's up to you. As long as there's no sugar in the sauce, it shouldn't burn.
Production quality looks great and so do the wings! It may be tough to find, but Franks does make an "Xtra Hot" version which is really good. FYI.

Which heat did you preheat / cook the grill on? Low I think?
I always preheat on high, then adjust the gas when I'm adding the food.

I grilled these on low. My grill runs about 325-350 degrees F on low.

What temp did you set your Q on at start?
Med to Med-high. Too high and you'll burn the skin before they're cooked.
