- Jemma Reekie joins us again for a brutal track session in horrendous conditions. This was part of her winter training build to the indoor season which helped her to run the World Champs qualifying time, win a race in Lieven, France, earn herself the British Title and get a championship record along the way.
The session was 3 sets of 5x400m at rough 1500m pace - whilst battling 40mph gusts of wind.

I think I can feel the wind through the screen! Ooft. I went out yesterday in similar conditions but only managed a session of 4x400m and 3x300m -- it was horrible. The fact that you were able to hit 64s and 65s 400ms at the end of that final set is testament to your strength!
Jemma is flying at the moment - very excited to see her race in Glasgow!

She's got a really good stride length. Her poor pacer can't match her and has to practically sprint to go at the right pace. Hope she does well at the World Indoor Championships.
