My ex husband of 30 years stop respecting me a long time ago, so all of the children didn’t respect me either. They saw the head of the house and how their father treated me. I didn’t respect myself either and broken for so long. When I finally said enough and he filed fir divorce cause he had the pre paid legal service did I then regain my identity and I’m soo excited about my reintroduction to me. I’m in therapy, I’m hiking, I’m dancing and singing and working with such joy and contentment! More to come friends.

Yes, I had to learn this the hard way. And now I am tried and I have pulled back. And I am getting ready to pull back even more. I am tired of them all.
I am feeling this message. I’ve been married the last 4 yrs and for 2 of them my husband was unfaithful. We have been separated for 8 months and I told him that he had benefits that he didn’t realize he had. He still doesn’t but that’s ok. Ive also given way more than people deserved and I have sacrificed the things I wanted for so long. So now I’ve made the decision to do what I want. I’m moving out of state, I’m cutting people off from my support and kindness because they don’t appreciate it. I can’t change their behavior but I can change mine.

There are people that have jobs but not working. They only come to work to cause mess and drama and get in the way of those that are working.
Very much agreed! I'm going through the trials and tribulations at work at this very moment. I gave too much of my time & effort for years.
Result of damage i did to myself. Searching for acceptance.
When i began to say no" family members and "friends" became angry & hurtful.
I needed this message, because I've done too much for family and friends for too long. People have taken me for granted, cause they had access to my resources even though they did not deserve it. Some people have shown me consistently that they were not trusworthy and honest, but I kept giving and giving my time and money, just because they are family. I've learned my lesson!
Me too. Hopefully I’m leaving that behind with 2022. In 2023 I’m putting myself first.

Pastor, you're the first man among a few who realizes "bringing home the money" is not merely enough. Maintaining a house is a business without the business benefits.
This sounds like my grandad. He was so quiet at home ( my grandma was very strict and told him what to do). At his funeral over 200 people showed up that new him at the bowls club and they described a very different person to the person I saw. They described a very social fun outgoing man! It was so sad that I never really new him.
We have to discern between who deserves our ready availability and who doesn’t . Don’t cast pearls before swine.

That happened to me in caregiving for my mom for years. Being single, no children. My siblings did barely anything to help me, but ran with accusations. No appreciation for taking care of my mom nor the sacrifices I made.
I also went through this….I was shocked my siblings were this way had know clue….I was devastated
They never care, all they do is gossip and can never appreciate. Best to focus on giving to your mom and not focus on people who have no love for you. Much love ❤️✨
I gave up my life took my mother out of a nursing home she told me you didn't do nothing

I feel like this at every job I work. I always go above and beyond with little to no training, support or resources. And you’re right. I’m very agreeable, want to please & do a great job. When I get depleted and burnt out & start saying no or being as available, that’s when everyone wants to notice and kiss up.

10:21 soooo true and i have known a male for 6 yrs and he would always complain how pple are sooo stupid, sooo evil, sooo selfish, soooo hateful. He would also say that life is very simple and easy everyone should just be honest!!! Whilst he is all those things, including opposite of authentic!
This is segment reminds me of mom. She goes above and beyond for her family but some of them have never told her thank you for helping or that they appreciate what she does. I remember having a conversation with her about how she helped one of her older brother's daughter and her husband. Mind you her sister in law is a very selfish woman. She has never worked a day in her life and does not know how to drive. When it came time that she needed help from her brother my mother's sister in law was running her mouth telling my uncle not to help my mom. After that my mom does not have anything to do with her and this was six years ago. Yes! You are right bishop blakes. Some people take other people for granted and we shouldn't allow them to do so. Don't allow easy access of your spirit or make yourself always available to people who does not reciprocate those same values to you.
I be like wow I'm grateful I'm healing cause I no longer put up with people who don't value me I've been good to people . especially my relationships with men tables have turned in good and god bless them

The Most High continue to bless you and your entire family! I'm a Social Worker and I often ask the women and young addicted mothers that I work with, "Where do pimps come from?" No one yet has had the correct answer - they/pimps come from their mothers who teach them to depend on women! So, I encourage them to do their best to teach them to be "responsible men, husbands" a man that a woman would want and to enlist worthy men to assist them- cause a woman can't teach a man to be a man she can't be mother and father she can only be the best woman and mother that she can be to her child/children. Amen, being a housewife is so taken for granted, it happened to me while my truck driving husband ran around and betrayed his wife, he brought too many ppl into our marriage, I always appreciated my husband and I told him that, also I nvr gave him a reason to worry about his family as I took care of everything but he was never their for me/us, he played a lot of games and got off on hurting his wife, true story, but he will nvr admit, he just moved on to someone else he can manipulate

I am always so grateful to come across these videos... What a blessing, glory be to God. I am always the person that is overlooked and taken for granted... I am learning in the last year to let go of people that doesn't serve God because they will mean me no good. My prayer for someone who struggles with this is to simply as yourself " what are you loosing in letting go of people that doesn't give you the same love and respect. I promise if you let go you will have peace and you may feel lonely but the truth is we are never alone God's love is always there and what helps us to move on and find true happiness, if no one told you today I love you and better is coming. Do not walk by sight but by faith😊💛

As I am currently experiencing all that this video mentions within the past 72hrs from someone I opened my home to and helped put on their feet. (My nephew's half sister) This is the umpteenth time that my good has been repaid with evil by those who are supposed to love me and are closest to me! 😢😓 Explained me to the "T"! I have always been my family's, friends and as well as anyone who comes in my life (most of the time by the way of others) go to person. Never having my efforts reciprocated. Funny thing is I think I had allowed dishonor and disrespect from others for so long because I never really had someone like ME in my life. As well as my nature just being genuinely good. I've been hurt so many times by those closest to me all the way down to my children. But Now I have reached that place of "No More"!!🙌🏾 If it's not reciprocated ie... A cousin gave that scenario of the eagle 🦅 making its nest 🪹 with thorns so as they get heavy they were made uncomfortable so they have to fly the nest. It certainly helped me as my teen son was doing what teen boys do on a lot of single mothers…. challenge one minute and try to stay baby like the next. 😂
