5 Sandwiches for Picnic [Wife's Cuisine]

- For today, I brought a series of sandwiches, continuing from Kimbap series, for your lunch box preparation. From the fruit sandwich with colorful fruit bits, egg sandwich that fits every occasion, easy-to-make Vietnamese Banh Mi sandwich, red pickle chicken breast sandwich with lovable color and taste, and to Bulgogi sandwich that can replace a full course of the meal, have a weekend trip with the lunch box full of delicious sandwiches!
[Fruit Sandwiches Ingredients]
4 Sliced Breads, Any Fruits You Want(I prepared strawberries, kiwi, canned peaches, and grapes), 1 cup of Fresh Cream, 2Tbsp Sugar
[Egg Sandwiches Ingredients] 2 servings
Basic: 4 Sliced bread, 3 Eggs, 1 Tomato, 1/4 Onion, 6 Lettuce leaves, 3 Pickled cucumber, Radish sprouts, Salt
Sauce: 3tbsp Mayonnaise, ½tbsp Mustard, Salt, Pepper
Spread Sauce: 1 ½tbsp Mayonnaise, ½tbsp Mustard
[Banh Mi Sandwich Ingredients] 2 servings
Basic : 300g Boneless chicken thighs, 1 Baguette, 1 Cucumber, 1/2 Carrot, 1/6 Radish, 2 Hot green chili, Coriander, Olive oil
Vinegar mixture: 3tbsp Vinegar, 3tbsp Sugar, 1tsp Salt
Sauce mixture: 2tbsp Soy sauce, 2tbsp Cooking wine, 1/2tbsp Oyster sauce, 1/2tbsp Sriracha hot chili sauce, 1tsp Sugar, Pepper - Spread Sauce: 2tbsp Mayonnaise, 1tbsp Sriracha hot chili sauce, 1tsp Oligosaccharide
[Red Cabbage Pickle & Chicken Breast Sandwich Ingredients]
Ingredients: 2 Sliced bread, 1 Chicken breast, 1/4 cup of Red cabbage pickle, 1/4 cup of Teriyaki sauce, Arugula
Spread Sauce: 2tbsp Mayonnaise, 1/2tbsp Mustard
[Pickled Onions & Bulgogi Sandwich Ingredients] 2 servings
Sandwich: Spread Sauce, Arugula, 2 Sliced Tomatoes, 80g Sliced Beef, Pickled Onions
Spread Sauce: 1/2 Tsp Wholegrain Mustard, 1 Tsp Mustard, 1 Tsp Honey, 4 Tsp Mayonnaise

@@pinkheart315 if you have an asian bakery around you should get their white fluffy bread they're pretty thick in slice and quite sweet aswell so it would be even more amazing with your fruit sandwich and after you can use them for French toast and other sandwiches 😊

I’m sorry, but even those fruit sandwiches look divine, they taste awful. The cream effects fruits’ fresh taste horribly.
I made all theses sandwiches 🥪 ( plus bought wine 🍷 ) for my wife on our Anniversary everything tasted amazing she loved it all!!

One note though, Japanese white bread is not like American white bread so try to find a fluffy sweet tasting bread I used a random one recommended to me.

sophie reza They probably bought the premade kind at local market so it probably hard for them to list all ingredients for the spice. You can buy pickling spice at your local market but usually made up of the followings:
Cinnamon chunks, bay leaves, mustard seeds, coriander seeds,black peppercorns, dill seeds, allspice berries, crushed red pepper flakes, dried minced ginger, whole cloves.
Now I just have to find a best friend who will go on a picnic and enjoy these tasty sandwiches with me :)
