She wasn't even woman enough to tell them she changed her mind and was keeping her child. She allowed them to keep thinking they would be raising the baby. Now, she's mad they behave like Irene was their daughter. She has no one to blame but herself for that.

Intended mother doesnt trump legal and biological mother. You do bring up a good point tho. Tj was her father just as much as kristina was her mother. Such a mess that would have been. MOLLY and TJ had made plans and arrangements (even had a stocked Nursery, which even KRISTINA hadn’t thought of in her zeal to renege on her promise and seek legal custody), just like any other expectant parents. If this had happened with a Legal Surrogate, the intended parents would have had the very same rights. Including naming (and mourning) their child. With concern and compassion for (but without the hysterical interference of), the surrogate. Also. They did not Ask. KRISTINA insisted that she be the surrogate, and use her own eggs so that MOLLY would also have a biological connection to the baby. (Ironic. Makes her reneging an even deeper “plunging of the knife.” imo)
