- I Almost Ruined This Yard Sale Deal! I found some really cool items to flip on eBay, Mercari, and Whatnot for a profit. I did some bargaining (The Veteran Flipper way) to get a better deal and lower my COG. I bargained at one yard sale and it almost cost me the deal! I couldn’t stop cracking up at the husband’s response to the $3 Coach! The elevator pad reminded me of A&S’s (Abraham & Strauss-NY) elevators back in the 60’s/70’s/80’s. I’ve been binge watching your videos which are great as always!

How to get rid of that cigarette smell: Just put it in a bag with dryer sheets, and if you can put another bag with baking soda, It usually gets rid of the smell

I always check the free boxes - I've found some crazy items that people didn't realize or maybe didn't care were worth money, including a starter jacket (It had some spots I was able to wash out) and an authentic coach wallet that the seller refused to take money for.
I never understand two things about sellers: (1) why don't you price stuff? and (2) why would you have a yard sale and NOT have change (referring to the easter egg couple).
And yes, that lady was out of her mind wanting $10 for a used VHS - Uncle Buck was a good movie but not that good, lol!

Yard sale treasure map, and I put in those I fund on FB MP so I can make a more efficient route. I live in texas so they are miles between yard sales . 🎉
Ok, gotcha. A lot of people using that app. I think I downloaded it 3 years ago and never used it lol. My sporadic route seems to work lol.

Hey I have an idea for the cigarette smell to get rid of it in a a few days to a week. Takw the plastic off of them all and set them in a large garbage bag several if ya need to so they are spread out some. And throw in a bunch of coffee grounds and several dryer sheets and it will suck up that odor. I had two leather purses and then some plastic Barney dishes ,did it with both and it worked wonders. Leave it in the bags closed up good for at least 2 days. If it's still smells like smoke some repeat one more time. If after 4-5 days it's still not coming out probably won't. But I think it will be successful
