    Another great video. I’m so glad you are digging for the things that help remylination and presenting them to us. I would be in a wheelchair had it not been for your information. Thanks Steve!

    Hey Steve, i started my omad today. Please, I have few queations and I cant find answers in ypur previos videos.
    1.) How often do you practice weight lifting (every day, every other...) and how long (1 hour, 2 hours...)? What does it look like?
    2.) Which supplements and drug do you use now?
    3.) What UV lamp do you use and where can I buy it?
    Thank you for your effort!

      1) I do cardio exercise every day and lift weights every other day. On my low days, since I'm not lifting and I'm only consuming 1500 calories I only do cardio for 15 minutes. On high days, I consume 4,300 calories, lift weights and do cardio for 30 minutes. So I average 2.5 to 3 hours.
      2) My DMT is Ocrevus. Its an infusion every 6 months. I take Gabapentin for restless leg (not caused by MS). Supplements are GABA, 5-HTP, Tryptophan, Tyrosine, and Melatonin.
      3) I use a UVB lamp made by Rayminder. They have since shutdown, but there are other UVB lamps on the market.
      Thanks for watching!

    Is an ATP supplement ok for MS ? Or should we use another type ? Or is enough to stop caffeine ?
    Thank you verry much.

    • @SteveSolvesMS
      @SteveSolvesMS  6 месяцев назад

      The most important thing to do for remyelination and to overcome MS is to suppress the M1 Muscarinic receptor. While ATP does not directly activate the M1 muscarinic receptor, it can influence its function and signaling pathways through various mechanisms involving purinoceptors and neurotransmitter release.
      So, if you take it you might be walking on thin ice. You have to decide for yourself if it's worth the risk. Personally, I wouldn't chance it.

    Is decaf coffee ok in your opinion?

    • @SteveSolvesMS
      @SteveSolvesMS  28 дней назад +1

      No. Decaf is just LESS caffeinated. There is no way to remove all of it.

    Can’t find any studies that support what you are saying. The only studies i do find supports the opposite

      I don't rely on studies. I said what I said anecdotally. It works for me. And others who have followed my lead say the same.

    Have you looked into B12 injections for remyelination?

    • @SteveSolvesMS
      @SteveSolvesMS  6 месяцев назад

      I have done extensive research on B12. I took B12 supplements for years, and I can report they are not effective.

    Does coffeine cut lion's mane effect ? Should i combine lions mane with an adenosine supplement? , thank you ! 🙂

    • @SteveSolvesMS
      @SteveSolvesMS  6 месяцев назад

      No! While I once supported taking Lion's Mane, I have flipped the opposite way. Lion's Mane activates the M1 Muscarinic receptor, which prevents remyelination.

      @@SteveSolvesMS What i felt about Lions mane after taking about 3 grams/day for about a month until i got a little dizzy, but after that i started to feel like 1 year ago (like better). i think that cures with lions mane are benefic...

    • @SteveSolvesMS
      @SteveSolvesMS  6 месяцев назад

      @@munteanuandrei5830 I'll agree it feels good. But I later found out that even though it feels good, it doesn't help me recover from MS. In fact, it is worse; it prevents recovery. Which gets back to caffeine. It's the same as Lion's Mane. Any supplement we take that gives us that "energy" will not help us recover from Multiple Sclerosis.
      Now I don't look to supplements. I have all the energy I need. It's not that I'm doing anything special. I just focus on my essential elements.
