This is how I've been organizing my gear. I have hook and weight boxes for fresh water and start water and lure boxes for fresh and salt water. That way depending on what waters I'll be fishing I'll take what I need instead of hauling all my gear when I don't need to.
I get my organizing boxes at harbor freight and are water proof and lock well.
