I really like the battery indicator showing red when its getting low. For lithium bats if you are consistent to stop running it when it goes red you shorten the discharge percentage and this will increase the charge cycle life of your batt immensely. That's how lithium batts works. It works the same with cell phones, etc etc.. Anything using lithium technology. Without an indicator people don't know what level of discharge they are at and will almost certainly discharge too 100% or near it which diminishes cycle life. Im glad to see this feature in these newer lamps.
The weight is the main thing i dont like about mine, have to run the strap pretty tight so it doesn't slip down my forhead, and the beam is fairly defused and not as focused. Like how tough it is and the charging port design is great vs having a little rubber plug that wears out and you have to fiddle with like most have, as well as the angle adjustment seems stout. The memory on what setting you had it on is great but the transcending light settings seem pointless, on high it gets pretty warm. have a nitecore nu32 on my hardhat at work that I actually prefer better, it's lighter, plastic and the angle adjustment seems like it might not stand the test of time, but it's a bit more expensive than the nebo. The nitecore has alot of modes that really aren't needed though but prefer the clear more focused beam. Got hooked on the headlamps after loosing the nitecore to work and needed something for home so i decided to try the cheaper nebo, it seems to be ok for what i use it for around the house. One thing I wish all these headlamps had were buttons covers that weren't entirely made from thin rubber and at least had hard plastic surface, grease isn't kind on the rubber and they seem to wear quickly.

I just bought mine and it works great. It really shined up my back yard! I paid $40.
mine is still a powerhouse!
It looks heavy... Is it? Other than that looks pretty cool, I dig that superpower mode. Thanks for the info Tanker.

Nice light! Definitely going to look into. Stay safe and take care.👍🍻

Is is that head lamp as heavy as it looks?

have you come across a hack to add a red lens on it?
you could buy a gel I am sure and just cut it out if you needed to.
So you're paying the extra money for 1000 lumens but she only get it for 45 seconds. I'll pass
