I love how Andrew reacts to films...it's like he has an Indian heart 💙
It is my estimation, having travelled the world and lived in a few very different countries, that it isn't so much being Indian, Russian, American, or French that will make you feel something...but rather that it just takes a human being to feel all of this, the same, all over the world. It is actually being from certain nations, cultures, economies, etc. that shapes what we DON'T feel. Of course, each person to a different degree.

Boy you are as emotional as we all Indians are....believe me when the movie released I don't think anybody left the theater without crying........the train scene I believe is one of the most emotional scenes in Indian cinema i think

That confrontation scene shows how powerful kajol as an actress is! Many times she is criticized for being loud but the way she says “kinase” and all the subtle acting she does with her eyes speaks volumes about her capabilities as an actress

I really think SRK is the greatest actor that India has ever produced because I belong to South India and I don't know a word in hindi during my childhood days but SRK has a magic that even kids can understand his emotions without knowing the language and TBH I saw other actors in the same age but neither I could understand the Hindi nor their acting. But because of SRK I started to understand Hindi now even after becoming a grown up and an avid Bollywood film lover. I still think there is no one who can act like him. In veer-zara as an old man the way he shivered his hands and the voice he changed to a weak old man's voice is flawless. In Om Shanti Om the difference he brought to 2 characters like a humble loving sensitive Om the aspiring actor, and cool stylish easy-breezy and little impatient Om the superstar is so amazing. Even though I didn't like Devdas for one reason as he keeps saying Chandramukhi "mai yahape aata hoon ki thume bardash karsako" many-a-times than the original but his performance was spectacular. I also think he is a versatile actor he did out and out comedy in Chennai Express and villain in Baazigar and Autistic in My Name Is Khan as a serious and strict coach in Chak de India and psychologist in dear zindagi and army officer in Mai hoon na, nasa engineer in swades he is not just great only as Romantic actor I think few PPL try to take away stardom and good name from him as an incredible actor.

Fun facts to share with you both:
1) Both lead actresses Rani Mukherji and Kajol are cousins
2) While filming the song “Yeh Ladka Hai Deewana” Kajol fell off from a bike and suffered a memory loss for few moments (to which SRK and Karan Johar took funny advantage of 🤣😅) but she finally got them back when they called her husband Ajay Devgn and made her talk to him, which instantly got her memories back 🤣😅 (and this is actually true since SRK mentioned this story in Comedy Nights with Kapil during that time when he and the cast of Dilwale came to promote the film)
3) Anupam Kher, and Farida Jalal have previously worked in DDLJ playing parents: Kher as SRK’s Dad and Farida Jalal as Kajol’s mom, which you need to watch after this movie.
4) Carolina Sofia you remember Mohabbatein movie with Jaby right? When you see Anupam Kher and Archana Puran Singh aka Preeto and Kakke in this film, but as Principal Malhotra and Miss Braganza, which I previously commented and mentioned when you and Jaby did Mohabbatein movie reaction 😅👍🏻

they were talking a LOT in between, was having random conversations about summer camps, violin n what not and was not giving full attention to the movie, weren't watching what was happening in the movie during their convos. So i guess people must've commented that a lot and video was put down coz of that I guess.🤷♀️ I m not sure

When I was 8, I wanted to marry Srk and even wrote a letter addressing him😂, which, of course, never got posted. But I would have never understood the emotions in Tina's letter to her daughter. It's too much to handle😅

I know this movie is loaded with Cheesiness as most 90s Bollywood movies but this one has a special place in my heart. Its the very first Bollywood I watched as a kid and even though I didnt understand much at the time since I was only 2, I use love saying the title all the time.

Thank you for this review♥️ Andrew, the way you got emotional in the beginning I was the same when I first saw this movie & even today🥹 I literally cried like a baby for the School’s Mom Speech scene even though I was only 5 years old at that time😢 It’s so good to see that you’re able to understand the feelings so well & also to guess what’s gonna happen next😊 And there are some people in India who call it cringe, stupid & are also making some strange horror movie base reel just for the sake of content🙄 This film was a super hit back in the 90’s & gave the Indian audience a very modern n new lookout to romantic movies! We all even started celebrating Friendship’s Day from this movie, until then nobody knew it existed🙃 So to all the GenZ people, yes we know you’re cool but don’t forget that emotions, pain & love has the same language since ages💕
the childhood me understood what heartbreak and unrequited love means after wstching anjali in this movie. I remember i used to bawl everytime anjali cries in the flashback.

Kuch kuch hota hai is damn close to my heart,my first SRK film and i cried the first scene when tina dies,and people will write it cringe or what not,but it has the best acting,emotions,songs,memories and It is a film ‘fiction’ so stop it and enjoy one of the best Indian Movie.
We live once die Once love once and Marry once That dialogue only for" Indian" because of our Oldest culture and heritage. We took relationship so seriously That we don't give divorce our Partner that easy till Intolerable . So Other country cannot understand that logic untill you become an indian🇮🇳🇮🇳😊

This movie is the biggest unsolved murder mystery ever.
Rahul married a rich girl and then she suddenly dies and now their daughter gets some papers supposedly from her mother and now she's in on the plan to get her Father and father's "best friend" to get together.
Imagine if Rahul and Anjali played all this just to get Tina's property and now they live happily in the end
