Enema, live album and toypaj were a big part of my youth. Saw them this summer in Austin with Tom back in the band and they sound tighter than they have been since before Neighborhoods. Travis adds so much more to the songs live.
Saw them for the first time in cologne this year. I've been the biggest fan for 20 years and i knew they had sounded bad most of the time live (except travis of course) but they crushed it - I was blown away. So I guess I'm in for the next 20 years :) Travis is the best.
hes one of the best & his style is much broader than "punk" if you call blink punk😂 if i had to name one style for him it would be funk... not punk! he's played alot of other music with other groups & peeps than just blink! just wish he didnt tread in the kardashlands... lost alot of respect for him there
I think from a technical standpoint he's not the best, because there are some insanely technical pros out there that have everything down. so it'd be a stretch to say he's THE BEST, at least technically. what I think he really excels at is creativity, which is harder to quantify or measure. but his ability to transform a pop punk or even rap song into something distinctive, original, and amazing is unparalleled. I can't think of any other drummer I've listened to that comes close. the fills and the way he plays with different rhythms and tempos throughout a song just fit so well with the guitars and vocals, and his time with blink was nothing short of magical. he's literally the reason I wanted to start drumming, because his beats were so unusual and fun. the other thing to consider when looking at "the best drummer" is not just how good they are at technical skills, but what they can add, artistically, to a song or band. I'm sure someone like neil peart could turn any song on earth into a 10 min drum solo with incredible fills and rudiments. but does that make someone like that "the best"? I think the true magic of a great drummer is being able to blend technical skills and artistry together in a way that's original, harmonious, and fitting to the music they're playing. so in that regard, I do think travis is the best in the pop punk / punk world because I can't think of anyone who does it the way he does, with that level of originality and conviction.
Definitely one of the best. I'm pretty sure he can play anything
Yes, he is one of the best. Like you can still see the sparkle in his eyes when talking about his love, his art, his passion. The drums. 😊
Huge Travis fan. He and Blink were a huge part of my life growing up. So pleased they are back together
saw them in june, gonna see them again in july next year. awesome fun time

Hey Colby that guy is fast as hell!! Great video man. I like his humble attitude.

One of the very best. And I’d say the most entertaining. Dude is laser focused live.
Defs one of the best! Grew up listening to them!
Travis Barker great drum for the world

He's is I say one of the best drummers
I love blink since day 1, Tom is good too! Tré Cool from Green Day is underrated and they are as good live too! Thanks for the content (:
Yup!
Travis Barker is the GOAT

Travis was my favorite drummer (i used to argue the best) until i found el estepario siberiano
Same for me 😁
same 😄
Travis is a good drummer but he can’t hold a candle for LOTS of other drummers. Siberiano, casagrande, Carey, portnoy……etc
When Travis heard El Esperiano he should have sold his drum set
That El guy is good but he is too much of a show off. My top drummers are Travis and Mikkey Dee from Scorpions
