G’day all. It was going to happen eventually, but I’ve made an error with the recoil stats in this video. The vertical recoil is 1.80 and horizontal recoil is 1.20. My sincerest apologies for the mixup and confusion on that one - I’m working myself pretty hard at the moment and it’s clear I need to slow down a bit.
The MG36 has been my go-to since I unlocked it. It's like shooting a stick of butter. That drum mag just makes me feel like a juggernaut with the exo armor on. I struggle a bit with recoil management, so this gun is a godsend for me.
I really love the MG36. I skipped support class until I unlocked it and then went full send with it, not even trying the m249 until much much later. It's such a fun gun.
Just a tip. Change your reload so that you drop your mag on taping R and a normal reload when you hold R. Reason being is you commit to doing a normal reload and takes the hassle out of having to spam R
Would be so kind as to do a video about the weapons stats? Like how does Control versus Accuracy work, what is the difference between the two, how to read the stats properly, how does 0.02 relate to 0.20 in real game performance, all that good stuff.
hey kami, what is your opinion on the attachment balance in the games current state? i feel like the urk- tactical combo is a no brainer in almost any situation, which is a shame because i’d like to use different attachments but the urk is just so good! perhaps some different stats being effected is in order for certain attachments?
It's such a great gun to use. I actually feel a rewarding sense to learning and mastering how to get the most out of it. Big old dopamine hit for sure!
I think a good way to buff LMGs while still keeping them unique would be to add a suppression mechanic. Like everytime a LMG shot that passes near you would add some bloom to your aim, but the effect decays really fast, so you need to keep shooting to keep the effect up. That puts them in line with the purpose of LMGs in real life (necessary because people dont care if they die in a game). It would help out your team and if someone under the affect of your suppression gets killed by a teammate you'd get an assist. It would give them their own special place on the field instead of just being chucky assault rifle

Im sure im not the only one but, i really wish the LSW default mags had similar reloads to Assault Rifles. For god that these weapons are ARs converted into Squad Support Weapons, it shouldn't take 4 seconds to reload a 30 round magazine. The Drum mags on the other hand, yes they SHOULD be slow. Edit: Also the G36Cs DUEL DRUM MAG only having like 60 rounds is SO DUMB! I know for a fact that magazine holds like 100 rounds.

Feels like the damage balance has accidentally fallen into a place where an armour pen stat would be nice (and imho it should vary over distance). To get a little more situationality into the weapons.
Damn i've used this gun a lot. And gotta say your recoil control is amazing. It looks lije yours has no recoil and mine has 100x and get make those kills as concistant as you do. Gj
Have you tried Famas? At first it's painfull to play with but as soon as you unlock heavy barrel it looks like you only lose to Vector and headshot+bodyshot on AK15/FAL(in terms of TTK). And gun starts to feel very nice.
After 113 hours, for me best gun in the game is the MP5. Tactical barrel and the reload grip. AR damage (29) in smg stats with 0 recoil. Literally ZERO you can laser people across the map better than ARs.

The recoil for the MG36 for me in BattleBit is 1.80v / 1.20h with no attachments (not the 1.20v / 1.00h in your video) and I have a legit copy of the game on Steam and I don't use cheats/hacks (assuming anti-piracy or anti-hacking trolling could be a reason). Is the game trolling me or is the information in your video wrong? I'm rank 160+ with over 270 hours ingame so I'm not just new mis-reading it. Help whats going on?
Yeah as @siegfragoon9163 has said, I've made an error unfortunately. Something that has come as a result of me overworking myself lately I feel with a lot of conflicting priorities going on. My apologies mate.
Its a nice gun and all but the recoil on it is hard, and if you put the drum on it it kick like a mule and most time you will miss half your shots at medium range.
One of the last grips lowers the first shot recoil by a ton and turns it into a laser though. Before that most of the recoil is just from the first shot.
Would you say long/heavy barrel is worth it to make the damage profile more consistant against higher armour classes or is the hit to the feel of the weapon too much to justify? Loving the content!
Dunno if it's an unreasonable suggestion but perhaps adding some introductory info about the firearm in real life like history and which militaries use it might be cool. AUG next pls?

The MG36 is pretty nice, but I can't get myself to use it. The reason is that it sounds funny/weird? The noises it makes when firing just feel wrong for whatever reason, making me not want to use it

you have no chance against players with armor, they down you 4 times befor you manage to get one.
@@morsetsk main reason I stick with the L86 here ,thing has best TTK on support (and is only thing capable of challenging a CQC vector on support)

But it has even worse ads and so many penalties compared to m429. And without drum, it is kinda bad run with normal ar.
I use it as my main weapon too, but the funny thing is I use it like an AR, fast with medium armor, medium speed and medium grenades/ c4.

also binding keys to change your sights zero, its not done by default

Slight correction: only the Strikefire optic has 1.5x magnification. All other close-range optics are 1x.

I didn't know about this so I had to go and test it, but he's right the strikefire does provide a slight zoom compared to the 1x optics

100%. Unfortunately, the Support does need its class identity, so it's good to see it stay to that class as well.

You can tell there is a visual already in the game when shots are near you, probably comming in a later patch

They did the drum mag kinda dirty. They should increase the ammo count to 70 at the very least.
I feel like 60 is fair, but it doesn't need so many balancing downsides. That's just my personal view, at least.

Dont forget that you can bind keys to change weapon zero, the default is 0 meters, i can change the m4 red dot to 50m, 100m, 200m

He just misread it, he used the Horizontal recoil as the vertical recoil and the first shot kick as the horizontal recoil.

Packs a punch, recoil is not an issue
Support needs GMPG like PKM, Pecheneg etc. Without nerfed dmg perbullet. 7,62x54R, x51, to have a chance vs OP SMGs. And more armor.

Nah I made an error in the video when doing my initial stats collation. An unfortunate error for sure, but one that I will learn from.

The Ultimax it's too loud, has low firerate and does little damage. I want the M60 in this game and i hope it's powerful.
l86 with long/heavy barrel is better than mg36 because with long/heavy barrel l86 gets 3 shot kill with firerate of 775 rpm
But you have to look at an ugly gun then
While true, the recoil on the L86 is insane with that ROF. Makes it far less consistent in my personal opinion.
