Okay, is it just me or is Kellie's lisp absolutely the most adorable thing in the world? I mean she is obviously a beautiful gorgeous young lady, but that lisp is the most charming thing I've ever heard in my life.
Been floating this stretch since the 80s. A few times on tubes which I’ll never do again! My daughter & I kayaked it a few years ago in January on a warm day. I live out in Perry Co now so most of my time is spent running around the Lake Winona/Forked mountain area.
Arkansas has such beautiful water, I’m coming there for the first time in a few weeks. Thanks for the vids it really helped me figure out what I want to do and where to go.
What an incredibly gorgeous place you live! You have all of those rocks, and outcroppings. Trees hanging over the river...so cool! The footage from the drone with you 3 kayaking and sped up, makes you look like little toy boats. The next day, at your lake, that looked really nice too. I like to float on my life vest too! Just float and feel the water and love life.
My fiance is from that area. We live in St. Louis now and will usually camp in southern MO. If you have never been on the Jacks Fork river, go check it out. It is amazing and so clear. I'd recommend the float from Bay Creek to Alley Springs. Bring masks and snorkels. Also check out the springs, other rivers/creeks, caves and waterfalls in the area. While we don't have the elevation or waterfalls of Northern AR, we have the crystal clear rivers.
We have just tagged that river on our map!!! Thank you! We hope to start visiting mor states soon to where we can explore them like we do Arkansas. We definitely want to check out MO

We did this creek many years ago before many people had heard of it mostly in winter often had ice cycles on the cliffs only place to camp in the area was Wolly Hollow state park. We would put in upstream at the old steel bridge and float to Hwy 65 did theHwy 65 down a few times.it was always beautiful. Looked like you are in the Zebra Rock area on Ouachita. Good place to scuba.

I need to get a pair like those for walking in the water when the kayak is in shallow water. I have to kayak barefooted👣 because I have very very wide And they do not make a shoe that's wide I enough for my foot. Again great video keep up the good work.
@@CodyandKellie oh okay Chacos sandals. I will go on their website and check them out. I really need a pair of sandals. I have big very very wide feet sz14 4 EEEE with very fat wide toe. I have flip-flops but I can barely get them on my feet. I have to fight like 3-5 min to get them on my feet because my feet are wider than the straps. There are some days I can't get my flip-flops on my feet and I have to walk around in public stores barefooted👣 and this will help me. It really sucks having big very very wide feet because I cannot find a closed toe shoe for my foot and I have to wear flip-flops all year long. I've always wanted to float the cadron but not sure where to put in and what a safe level to float is. Where do you recommend putting in and at what level would you say it is a little too fast or high to float to be safe?

I'm guessing this was shot on a GoPro. try reducing the sharpness of the video and lowering the ISO max on bright sunny days to get better image quality
There were some very large smallmouth bass in there. We have not fished it, but there were a few people out there fishing that had caught some good ones.
That food looked good, I would use it with the back strap of the doe I shot with my bow this winter, or maybe the rabbits I trap, gotta have meat with them veggies.

It's good to get nervous. A guy in tualatin Oregon got pinned on a rock and the river pressure kept him from breaking free so he dead
