They outlast any other boot and are the most comfortable, I’ve done nothing but swimming pool construction and they have been the after after 30 years of trying different brands. Timberland and wolverines have been the worst. They don’t last more than one season of work.

Stay away from the Carhart boots, they suck. I bought a pair of cheap Wolverine rancher steel toes and they've been pretty amazing. I drive truck and work on a loading dock. I've always been hard on my boots....and one thing I do the most is I kick the trailler wheels chock...which is brutal on boots....I don't know how many boots I ruined like that....and these cheap Wolverine boots surprised the hell out of me...almost a year and they're still going strong...Theres a shit ton of scratches on them, but structural integrity is still there....they're comforable and overalls a great boot.

Red wings are trash I have the pull on boots for welding. Only plus was no burnt laces . I've had these for 2 years and I gor them fitted by the store staff they fit perfect for the first month . But during thst month it was the break in period and I could barely walk at work they hurt so bad . Then the ankle area and top of the foot area completly loosened up and the flop around every step . Again these were a perfect fit before and then the leather just lost all tightness to keep it around my foot . I worked with another guy who had the same issue with his . Only met one guy who's slip on red wings hr likes ..and he has floppy skate shoes when he wears casual so it makes sense. To each there own more so throwing throwing comment up for if someone is thinking of getting them haha
