There's nothing to do with that. John composed Bungalow Bill mocking a guy they've met while in Southern Asia in their spiritual ventures.

The entire white album what originally meant to be called "A Doll's house" and to contain songs masquerading as children's songs - heavily inspired by the second part of Donovan's double album "A gift from a flower to a garden" from 1967. This is probably why they brought Donovan with them to India. "Cry Baby Cry" is another example from John of a song written in this vein - and "Piggies" is an example from George.
