Exercise helps use up ATP, keeps ECT flowing, and uses energy. Helps increase mitochondria. However, aging decreases the availability of key compounds that keep ECT in balance. Critical compounds such as PQQ, CoQ10, and D-Ribose are most prevalent. Diet balance is critical, finally aging the most prevalent factor.

Also look into melatonin. Melatonin aids the building of mitochondria.

Exercise when one ages is as much qualitative as quantitative. One just feels better if one exercises.

Another fabulous episode. Any chance you could try getting Iñigo San Millán into the show? Thank you for the amazing content!
