You play what suits your style to have fun and that's very relaxing. Not to mention you are very entertaining and the way you narrate through your videos is great. The hint for the candy machines is by calling the phone number on the candy machine that's being repaired. They mention that one of the candies is called Canadian Katalas. All the coins are of different national currencies (Hungarian forint, Czech crown, Danish Kroener, Indian rupee, etc...). That way you know you just need to use the Canadian quarter. One of my very first point-and-click adventure games and still the best one! Legendary and my favorite game of all time (both 1 and 2)! Thank you so much for sharing it. As I remember playing without any sort of manual or walkthrough second part (this one) is pretty hard. I am very very glad that you finally decided to finish it (or is it The End?). :)
Yeah, nice to see that you haven't abandoned this title. I really enjoy games like these because they are classic and well made, not like that shit dropping on our heads right now. Story is nice and engaging.....really nice to see how Kate starts insecure and shy and over course of the story grows into firm and decisive woman....... That reminds me, you should do The Longest Journey...... one of the jewels of genre.

The only thing that is stupid to me about this story is why didn't she just have Hans sign the contract and send the contract home and Kate would have been free to travel on and do as she pleased. Only her mom would have been concerned. The rest of the story is natural and fun.
Isn't it "Jury-rigged" not "Jerry-rigged" in reference to an actual Jury-rig, an auxiliary, smaller set of sails set up on a ship if the main rigging is destroyed?

DirkAustin Eh, MW2 and onwards things got pretty michael bay. MW1 stayed grounded which I liked a lot. Always that feeling of desperation in that games sort of like in Dark souls and ME1. Spec ops takes it to a new level tho.
DirkAustin Yeah but regarding morals Mw2 and 3 go dengerously in the non-profound area. MW1 is all about the morals of the Biritish the Americans and the Russians. Nobody is really a "good" guy. Also why skip the bad mission :D

There isn't much room to discuss morals in MW2 or 3 since they dropped any pretenses to realism. You can though in MW1, discussing the Russian situation and Americas-fuck-yeah involvement and the SAS's too. Also the use of nuclear weapons. In MW2 and 3 aren't really that profound to challenge in any way. Its about having cool michael bay chases and explosions, so many explosions. Its cool, i like the rest of the series, but I think its not for Chris. We'll see. Spec ops will definenently arise a discussion, many great things in that game, the first military shooter that wasn't fun but engaging,
