Muay thai has got to be the most entertaining single discipline combat sport. If you dont like grappling its the best. I love mma but muay thai is just amazing. Even watching guys weighing like 115 is just like goddamn the technique and spirit 🤌

The only time this would all be missing was when I was working 24hrs at day for several days. Then back to the routine again. Loved it. No one around, silent streets, just me and the early sunrise. Could run for miles and miles no sweat. Loved it.
