Always be careful when changing multiple sensors especially when using non genuine parts, you could end up causing yourself a world of pain, change one at a time and then test drive. If it makes no difference put the old back in and change the next one, remember NEW can also stand for Never Ever Worked.

Sad to hear that the issue continues.. Even if not connected I can only recommend you splash a tenner on a pair of egr blanking plates and take that piece of crap out of the equation. At this age of your 1.8, you won't get any warning lights and mine sailed through the MOT emissions tests no problem. Maybe try removing and cleaning your existing injectors first before laying out for new. I have also fitted a used one (cost about £25) and fixed all issues. Good luck buddy and keep us updated.!

Hiya mate, the previpus owner put blanking plates in already lol. I have found someone that can clean mine up and give a 2 year warrenty with them so might go down that route. Will give an up date soon

Hi Chaz, I watched a video on You-tube about a van with your engine, he was advised to clean the " Crank censor " this is situated on the back of the block, adjacent to the flywheel. He said if it's dirty it can interfere with the signal. Hope this might help. P.S I have cleaned mine, as a matter of course.

I've been having a similar problem, started off with hesitancy between 1800-2000rpm so I blanked the EGR valve which helped, but this last month or so I've had a couple of occasions where the car has cut out with an engine malfunction at high speed and heavy load. Starts back up and it runs ok but randomly misfires. Then goes a while without an issue, completely intermittent. I was thinking injectors too but might try these two sensors first. Where did you get them from Chazz?

The injectors are next on the list Dave.
