Asav said "I'll burn your city thief" and "Your people will beg me to save them" for a reason. Chloe cared cause those were her people, her brothers and sisters and siblings of the same ethnicity. In the beginning of the game Nadine asks Chloe if it bothers her that Asav steals Indian artifacts, she responds that its not her fight, she also gets obviously uncomfortable and says "No... not really" when Nadine asks her if she comes back to her home country often because Chloe rejected her Indian heritage. She was of the mindset that her heritage was to blame for the relationship with her father, jf it wasnt for her culture he would never have been obsessed with the tusk, he would never have left her and he would never have died. During this journey she realises why her father was obsessed with the tusk, it wasnt just a random attachment, it was the search for a lost relic of his people. She gained a respect for her culture and her history, in turn her people, and she would die to save her people. Most people who play Uncharted are white Americans, I cant expect white Americans to relate to this since the world kind of elevates them as the ideal, but as a multi-cultural afro latina islander (who's population is mostly Indian would you look at that) I can relate the Chloe's journey. When I was younger I also rejected my culture, of the belief that it was too flawed and was to blame for a lot of things. But like Chloe I've grown through seeing my history and recognizing why we are the way that we are and now I wouldn't rather have been born any where else in the world. She went after the train for that little girl yes, but the rest of her people as well. She also said it would spark civil war and she cant walk away. She cared more about how it would hurt her country than anything else.

They kind of left it as a cliff-hanger so there might be more with Sam, Nadine, and/or Chloe later. I’m excited to see if there will be more.

Just finished this game tonight. It's one of those rare games that I just couldn't stop playing. I've played all the Uncharted games now, and this was beyond a doubt the game with the best ending of them all. Just the frantic nature of train jumping, switching to a jeep, gunning, and then chasing the train again. Has me on the edge of my seat.
I also love how all the characters where willing to die, not for treasure, but for something good. Everything felt earned and it was an extremely satisfying ending

I freaking loved this game. How the characters bond over time and their development. Also seeing Chloe grow so much since the first game she appeared in. The dialogues were really something and they made me care for the characters despite the short gameplay. It was nice to see Sam again and the sarcasm was just brutal. Great game.
could not agree more...I am new to this series via the new remastered pc version...loved the journey with Chloe and Nadine and already finished it 3 times, so its up there with tomb raider...just hope they continue the series

Hard Same. Just finished it again (7th, 8th time? I've lost count) because I was feeling a bit down and this is the ultimate comfort food of games for me. Probably helps that it's 7-8 hours in length, which means I can finish it in 1 - 3 days. And every second of it makes me happy, and that ending is *chef's kiss.

Honestly speaking, Sony exclusives just have a different sense of quality to them that I have not seen anywhere else. The gameplay quality, production quality and sense of immersion. This Standalone-Expansion (might I add) just sealed it for me.

I loved Sam in this game more than the previous one... He feels more quippy and I would kill you see more of him and Nadine's banter... I just love how selfish sam may appear... He can't help but be the good guy when it's time to chase down the train to save the city
The small amount of detail that goes into the top tier PlayStation exclusives is actually insane. I love all of the first party developers across whatever platform but the Sony teams just kill it with detail work. I never noticed that the little girl’s eyes tracked Sam’s hand when he pointed at the pizza
I was skeptical about the game but HOLY COW WAS I WRONG! Totally enjoyable and damn Chloe is funny and so damn beautiful! I never knew she was Indian from her accent. The game has a great story and just great everything! Thank you Naughty Dog!!! Hope more from Chloe’s character! Nadine is alright too! ALSO, once you get the puzzles/all the collectibles if you’re into that stuff then it’s indeed fun to play! It’s kinda short but the story/gameplay is fun to me!
