He won't have the quest until you have the Book for that quest - so just go and get the Books *first* and then go speak to him and you can click on each individual quest to complete it as long as the Book for that quest is in your inventory =)
I have turned in a total of 30 books but Owen Thadd does not give me the quest for Deep Freeze. I already have Spell Power and Icy Veins. What am I missing?
Hmmm. I'm not sure. He should definitely have the quest if you've turned in that many books. The only thing that I can think of is that for Phase 4 you had to turn the new Books in to Oran Snakewrithe (who is next to Owen), did you check if she has the quest instead? Maybe they changed the quest-giver when Phase 4 launched. Other than that I can't of why it wouldn't be working. I'd maybe open a ticket in case it's a bug. Sorry that I can't be of more help - I hope that you're able to figure it out soon!
@@SigsPlays Thanks for replying. I did notice that some of the books were turned in to Oran instead (but didn't make the connection that it was the new ones). She doesn't have the quest either. Only some other quest named Lines of Communication. I'm gonna try to turn in all the pre-phase4 books and se if that does it maybe... Then yeah, maybe ticket time!

I have all 8 books and did the p1-p2 runes with books and I can’t turn in for some reason
