I'm really confused at that aspect. If they are too high to be a nuisance or invade privacy, how they can possibly accomplish any kind of crime prevention? They will need to be down among us to photograph faces and plates.

I do not even live in that state and I fear things like this. I fear Government I fear Police. Been like that since I was a kid. Dont know why its one of them weird fears some people get I guess. at 40 years old I still get anxiety when I see a cop or hear the words surveillance . Still have no clue why. to be honest people do not like my sorry ass anyways so I am surprised I haven't got swatted yet I have never been in trouble with the law ever or have had any negative interactions with police but man I get the shakes of fear when I see one.
