I'm looking for a fix for a text file that is showing the same way yours is. It's also in Russian. I'm using EditPad Pro 7. But the same happens in LibraOffice Writer. The text is from a VERY old email program that is no longer available and I've recovered the plain text version of the file which I need to make readable. Do you have any suggestions to offer?
