Honestly the biggest thing keeping me from AG1 is the price
Yeah, it's really expensive.
It is expensive. But when I quit buying my other supplements it was same amount of money.
I've been doing some research on supplements and looking to incorporate some more in my routine. You always give a no BS review so we appreciate that, the price for AG1 is kinda steep, but I can see how if you were to purchase some of the vitamins separately how it would come out to that. I've seen that Rhodiola Rosea itself gives a lot of the benefits and hits all the benefits you were talking about, could be an alternative for some.
Congrats on the channel sponsor! Perks of hitting 100k subs
🤘
I used ag1 for a few months it's definitely a good product but the price is way too high. There are plenty of other greens products out there that are just as effective for less than half the price of this
So which one's in your opinion? Tell us?
Yeah, what other products?
Maybe a video of what you don't recommend! So we know what to possibly reconsider.
Good call 👍 I’ll keep that in mind!
Hey Sir, just an idea for you. I frequently question how to maintain good diet discipline while traveling, whether it be for TDY, deployment, leave, or a simple weekend trip out of town. If you have any travel tips you've picked up on over the years to help with minimal resources to sustain good health practices abroad, that may be appreciated. Anyway, appreciate another good review, always appreciate your advice and input on healthy habits, keep it up!
Absolutely!
Great review. Much obliged.
Been using AG1 for a couple months and would definitely recommend. I know some say it is pricey but when you calculate what you pay for
Other quality vitamins and supplements it is probably about the same. I suffer from Crohn’s Disease and this product has been good for that as well. Sometimes other supplements can hurt my guts.
As someone with UC as well, that’s good to hear. I’ve tried things like Huel and other powders, but without success so far.
I’m currently using AG1 daily. If anyone finds a cheaper alternative , please let me know! Thanks!
Used AG1 for about a year and I think it's great. From the research I've done before and after using it, it seems that it is a bit overkill and on the more expensive side, a price I'm willing to pay to not have to order multiple supplements and figure out all of that. AG1 has noticeably improved my day multiple times, especially on days I've lacked sleep, and I believe helped with hangovers and being sick. I drink it with 12 oz. of water and while I don't think it tastes great, it is just a healthy chalky taste that I've never had an issue with. Overall I'd recommend it to anyone who can afford it, I think it is beneficial to anyone's health and I think it also helps start a healthy daily habit that will lead to keeping up with other healthy habits.
Hey sir, chief, SGT not sure your rank haha. I want to max the ACFT but struggle with a weekly training program. I would like to integrate it within PT hours since I can do PT by myself (Warrant life). Could you provide a break down of a Monday - Friday PT HOUR workout routine to max the ACFT? My initial thoughts are, Monday sprints + 3 mile run, Tuesday plank, ball toss, HRP. Wed cardio and deadlifts? Thursdays deadlifts maybe again and HRP's? Friday distance run? Any info would be great sir!
Got you chief! 👉 grittysoldier.com/products/max-the-acft
Thanks for the review. AG1 gets it done! I have had similar experiences and have been using the product regularly for nearly a year. Thank you for what you do. Your videos have made a positive impact on my efforts to achieve my goals. V/R JES
Glad to hear it brother!!! 🤜 🤛
Can this be a substitute to pre workout?
No definitely not
Instead of mixable, let's go with soluble. For the troops.
😂
Another question sir! If I’m already taking a multivitamin in this case (On Opti-men Multivitamin) Do I stop taking those and just take AG1? Or can I take both?
No you’d just take the AG1. 👍
@gritty soldier what do you think of Dr. Bergs supplements?
I havnt tried them yet 🤔
@@GrittySoldier would you check him out and let us know what you think?
Thanks 🙏🏼
I've taken AG1 for a while I like it other then price.
Gritty Soldier...Appreciate the review. For $99.00 or $88.00 a month (reoccurring) I can purchase alot of groceries/food that I can ensure will provide the nutrients needed to sustain my active lifestyle. You shouldn't have to pay an arm and a leg to get the nutrients you want/need.
You don’t have to it’s an option.
@@orangemanbad It's good to have options :).
@@johnsnow2347 yeah exactly. Not everyone is broke lol
Incorporate knowledge from dieticians like Cooking for Peanut's Nisha Melvani for Vegan Nutrition tips! There are A LOT of plant based and vegan eaters out there, now. Don't forget us or you'll be missing out on a good chunk of health-seeking folk!
I don’t remember to consenting to marking on this channel, but I’ll let it slide this once.
This review makes me more likely to buy AG1.
before you buy or try please check the ingredients and make sure you are ok with them. A person may find they need Vitamin B-12 but if they get just any B-12 and et the synthetic and not the natural then two things will happen. 1) they are not going to see the results they should if taking the natural vitamin. 2) they are going to waste a lot of money. My biggest concern when I talked to AG1 they would not verify if any ingredients came from China. China is notorious for not producing good quality food products let alone high quality. Their food stuff has also been the root cause of humans and pets either getting sick or dying. Now if either of these don't concern you. carry on and I hope you get the results you are looking for.
I know that AG1 contains some pro and pre biotics, but is that enough to replace a dedicated probiotic supplement?
Def been a shift in finances ;)
How old are you these days?
Way too pricey.
Spamming the scam, great channel otherwise ❤
I absolutely hate supplement reviews & they almost always discredit the person "selling" it.
These products 97% of the time have ZERO noticeable effects on how you feel.
I've taken this product and 2 other lesser priced green products & who knows if they work. Usually they put good ingredients in them, but not enough to make a true difference.
90% or more are a scam.
To maintain your reputation, do NOT push supplements onto your viewers. NOT a good look!
