for the first time, I've seen dancers actually give justice to Kathak by showing its extensive footwork, rhythmic patterns, and stylized movements with body control.

Amazing blend of Odishi, Kuchpudi, bharatha natyam, and Kathak
It seemed as if some divine creatures were dancing
The movements were so crystal clear
And the choreography was superb.❤❤🔥🔥

Really cool to see 3 great traditions together like this. So fresh and exciting.

Wooow such a beautiful composition...choreography was about Season of spring "the basant" Which is first performed by all the dancers....thereafter they performed first Allarippu( the 1st stage of bharatnatyam) then Chatham and finally oddishi...

Mohon maaf saya orang indonesia saya mau bertanya apa perbedaan tari bharatayam sama tari khatak meski dinegara ada tarian persembahan para dewa untuk saudara ku yang beragama hindu tapi berbeda gerak dan gaya jenis tarian nya ?mohon maaf saya sungguh tidak tau karena saya pemeluk islam tapi jauh dari daerah saya tinggal ada candi borobudur dan candi prampanan yang dijadikan pusat peribadahan saudaraku yang umat hindu maupun buddha dan apa perbedaan nya antara umat hindu dan buddha karena yang saya lihat sama sama menyembah dewa
@@byannurdin101 Halo. Tarianya beda gerak, beda daerah (bharatnatyam populer di India selatan, kathak di utara), ada juga beda di Bahasa, baju/dandan dan tipe musik. Di Indonesia ada banyak tipe dansa tradisional Kaya Jaipongan, serimpi, dll, ya ini sama aja.
Aku pikir tarian Bali pasti ada influence dari tarian klasik India tapi aku belum tentu daerah mana
@@slv9228 most probably the Eastern region such as Kaling. They had good relationship in ancient times and SEA people know Indians as kelings. Also, the Balinese dance is fluid and really similar to Odissi style and many words in indonesian language are from Sanskritam and languages as Odia, Marathi are very close to Sanskrutam.

Bharatnatyam costume the pallu was unattached to the waist band and no the kathak drapery wasn't authentic... So inconsiderate about the authenticity....
I don't care because I believe this must have been the original attire when Kathak must have been 1st innovated by historical artists. It looked great & showed their moves very well. Suit version is cool too. Everyone's clothes seemed made to look closest to the oldest dance form Odisi. It was a cool fusion.😍

I know one of them is avinav mukherjee. I do not know the rest two.
If the fusion is Odissi, Bharata Natyam and Kathak I would have preferred the Kathak dress for those artistes
