U.S. Constitution NOT void where prohibited by law !!
We believe that many of our rights and civil liberties as American citizens on American soil are at great risk and that a simple act of civil disobedience has the power to effect great change. While we have no interest or intention in breaking any law, we are willing to stand up for freedom and the constitution at any time and at any place and do so in a responsible and productive manner. It is our goal to create free and open discussion whenever possible in an effort to educate both ourselves and anyone with a desire to learn. A well known rule of government is that ignorance is no excuse for the law. It is our stand that we as Americans have been either uninformed or misinformed regarding our laws and rights for far too long. We are not attorneys or scholars, however we have been involved in professional photography for over 30 years and have had our rights and freedoms challenged more times than we can remember. No one group or person has the ability to effect change across the board, however we are committed to doing our part by continuing to stand up for our constitutional right to free press and the right to take photographs and video in public. All donations will be used exclusively to further this cause. We want to thank you in advance for your support of what we do and want you to know that we are committed to working harder than ever to defend our rights, your rights and the Freedom to Film in Public!!

The Leming type Leftists---there are many Leftists who are in the normalcy range---are, often, filling these public posts as it fits their personalities which are dotted with such attributes of being scared, lazy, entitled, lack of accountability, and a need to be taken care of. These jobs are perfect for them---presuming they wish to work to begin with---as it is quite difficult to remove these employees from said public jobs, which, per the above, suits the lack of accountability as well as the being taken care of attributes.

Whether actual charges would be submitted or a conviction would occur is a completely different story. This is the world we live in. another aspect of it is when he says "I'm not trying to annoy anybody or piss anybody off" when he absolutely meant to annoy people and piss them off, because everywhere he goes around the country he's annoying people, so if he really wanted to stop annoying them, he'd stop making RUclips videos, but he's got the algorithm figured out and making enough money to annoy people professionally, that he can't stop at this point. I used to know a guy like him, super talkative charismatic, has the gift of gab, and knows how to do things that are normal but in a cringy way to creep people out that get annoying really quick so they call the cops and he gets content to make money off of. Not sure how auditors get around saying their video is for "non commercial use" when they make their living off the ad revenue.

But we have uneducated ignorant of the law professional and non professional people thinking they have the right to privacy in. public. Irrationally oversensitive and emotionally fragile aren't good looks....nor do they even begin to make any sort of argument. A RIGHT is just that....A RIGHT. They extend to every citizen ( and in some cases even non citizens) Your feelings however are yours and only you can maintain control over them (like any grown, fully functioning adult should be able to do) but yours or anyone else's feelings are utterly irrelevant while in public to anyone else you may come across. Sorry but that's just the reality of things.
