That first cop is very disturbing! I seriously suspect that he is a dangerous person when not being recorded. God help the people close to him. I don’t doubt that he has violated many people. Even in his own family.
That first officer was absolutely everything wrong with policing. Also, pretty sure the point of the bill of rights to insure citizens aren’t harassed by pigs while doing nothing wrong

Wow he actually said it wasn't foolish to not enforce law but enforce what a security says. I used to work with troubled youth it was vital to read body language to protect yourself. This first guy before he opened his mouth was telling me he was a threat. He doesn't believe in protecting others just enforcing his power. I'd be interested in viewing his record.

The first one was a goober from the start. Didn't care about Jason or his firearm. Even walked with his back to Jason. Didn't care to deal with him and would have arrested Jason had the level headed one not intervened.
The disdain by the cop towards the public is clear. He is going to enforce the BS. This is where the battle to preserve our Constitutional Republic begins. At the local level.
This is how all cops are these days. They can care less about the people and our rights. They all look at us as revenue. When the people are held to a higher standard than trained “law enforcement”you know we’re in authoritarianism times.

Police will get a “pat on the back” regardless of the law after this interaction because it’s perceived to be the correct courses of action-just like asking for ID. Mind you it’s all about feelings. The “gun thing mentality” just is an anathema to me.

I took a course called the Becker Review and I credit it with my success. It's pricey, but worth it. The 1985 price for the course was $900.00. I have no idea what it is now but passing on the first attempt is quite a feather in your cap.
Anger and ignorance go hand in hand. Anytime a person of authority or anyone who wears a uniform has their ignorance brought to light, their anger is sure to follow.
Notice how long it took the officer to read that statute and how often he stopped reading (because he wasn't really interested in learning he may be wrong). Instead of reading and paying careful attention, he kept asking AP question while not "investigating" the issue of lawfulness.
Um...THESE cops didn't act that way. All three readily admitted they didn't know that law. The first one didn't care, and the other two sought to figure it out before they made any decision. And at least their stated logic about why they wanted to follow him around was reasonable. They said they just wanted to make sure other people wouldn't feel uncomfortable. Yeah it's a little childish, but they weren't rude about it or anything.
My blood pressure boiled so badly on that first cop . He looked and acted like a total unprofessional loser who’s been on the job for so long that he doesn’t care anymore, which is dangerous. This department is seriously broken and need major professional development and retraining . Great video and keep up the awesome job of bringing that free education to the ignant folks 😉
So glad I wasn't the only one. He didn't even bother reading the law properly, just went off the security guards feelings. 🙄 Those are the bad pigs that I love hearing get clipped.
The question is why would you need the protection of a firearm inside of a cityhall???? well i am not small bold fat and cowardly, maybe when you are sentiment is different!
First cop was a total disaster. He wanted so bad to come off as "To cool for school" but he failed miserably. He chose trying to look super cool over being just a half decent cop and ended up showing the world what a complete Clown he really is. Nice job Officer, keep up the good work! Second cop was absolutely butt hurt that you wouldn't give him your name. You broke his heart apparently....
The second officer wasn't "butt hurt" in my opinion. Jason said he'd give his name, but reneged after the whole thing was concluded. Jason didn't stick by his word. The officer was just trying to be cordial in my opinion.
There was no need to know his name He sounded a bit obsessed about it and looked hurt he didn't get it. He reminded me of a petulant child who's just been told he can't have any sweets.
These videos of yours are consistent proof that a good % of Law "enforcement" officers do NOT know the laws they are paid to enforce and count on nothing more than their badges to assert themselves. It drives them nuts when informed citizens stand up to their attempts to just "be in charge"...Keep up the good work!
Officers can't know every law. Therein lies the problem. We have so many thousands of laws that change by state, by county, and by city. Ask an attorney about any given law. They may have to go look it up. Ask a maritime lawyer about tax law or vice versa. They don't know. Nobody can possibly ever know every law. Even the Supreme Court - our best legal minds - can't ever agree on the law. If the Supreme Court can't agree on the law, then how can the police officer know everything exactly right?
@@RandPaul-se6jz Exactly. "If you want to beat a dog, you can always find a stick." If you want to beat a man, YOU CAN ALWAYS FIND A LAW. And if there is no law, you can always stretch an existing law that is inapplicable, and say it is your "interpretation". The cop that said that thinks he is a wannabe supreme court justice.
Wow, that first cop was just a complete 100% disgrace to the department. I actually felt bad for the 2nd cop because he was put in the middle by his LT's directive amd got the sour end of Jason but he didn't help it either. Good job as always!!
Same. And cops like that "...no, you're not...". Condescending dipwad's of that variety, that's' who people are defending when they stand up for poor behavior to show they are "police supporters". Which is like claiming to be a pro America, patriot, by defending Watergate(or insert appropriate corruption scandal here). Cops like that shouldn't have to stand there stoically while some tool belittles his profession, and the professions respect from it's people. And because of police culture, that's his only choice. That, or be a martyr. The kind that that is rarely ever recognized as one, at that.
The second cop did get a raw deal, but when Jason asks to discontinue any conversation with him and then initiates said conversation again he's a bit wrong himself!!! Before anyone bashes me I love the work that AP & the Watchmen do daily!!!
@Brett Lawton Agreed. I wrote in another comment that he (Jason) talks too much. He should've been quiet to let cop#2 read and comprehend the statute in peace, instead he kept jabbering like a silver-haired TOA lady. Ha. Cop#2 might've even gone to bat for him given the time to read the statute. I'm still a fan and supporter though.

I was thinking that same thing with his "I don't care oh well attitude." What a truly pathetic law enforcement officer. He does not deserve to wear a badge let alone represent the law.
Excellent audit sir. "We couldn't find a sign explaining that open carry is allowed in this building". So they just throw up any sign that gives a narrative that fit's their agenda. Sorry, but that is a blatant violation of the law.
Some people may not see the importance of your work but they mistaken. Our rights are under attack everyday and you and Ben are fighting back on behalf of everyone of us. Thank you.
The irony [and irrationality/ insanity] here (why the Second Amendment exists), is that any person without a CCW (a criminal mass shooter for instance), could enter the building with a hidden firearm, and without a police escort and murder a bunch of people. And the people who would save them and in many cases the police also (armed open carrying law abiding citizens) wouldn't be allowed in the building. The cops and security guards would keep them out (as we saw in Uvalde, Parkland, and many other places), while innocent people are being shot and killed. This also shows the complete and total irrationality/ insanity/ unacceptable criminal tyranny, of the N.R.S. listed on the sign and the Politicians who wrote and passed such a treasonous law.
This was an absolute disgrace on behalf of that department and that city!! It's a shame that we live in the "land of the free" that is not so free after all! I can't even imagine the daily signs or so called laws that we are meant to follow that are absolutely unlawful. I was especially blown away by the officer trying to keep you guys out of areas of "construction" that had zero signs saying you couldn't be in that area. Thank you so much for exercising our rights each and everyday and filming it, letting us know what is really going on in this country! God bless you Jason and Ben! Keep fighting the good fight! Be safe.

These cops still don’t get it. They should be thanking you for actually looking up the laws to see if they’re actually enforceable. Knowing your rights is the first step to not losing them. Sadly we’ve lost so much over the past couple years it’s insane. Keep doing what you’re doing guys.
We haven't even lost some of them, they've just been subverted like in the case of this sign. The law still grants the right to open carry in that building, someone just threw a sign up with an irrelevant statute figuring no one would ever question it.
@@frodobaggins7252 I’m talking about an overall look at how our country just lets the constitution get walked all over by law enforcement and politicians. You’re right we haven’t lost them completely. But if our constitution isn’t being enforced, then do we really have those rights? Other than just being written down?
HE's good but there are many that are good and brave and put their safety in jeopardy to stand up for all of us and our rights. I appreciate all of them, it can't be easy.
These two were rude, disrespectful and passive aggressive. I am so tired of seeing this kind of policing. When will we get good men who love the law and our constitution? When will we see men who love their fellow Americans? I wish we could recruit a lot better quality of men. Police are supposed to be the best of us. What an embarrassing encounter. These police have a huge chip on their shoulders and need to be put in check. What an egomaniac that uninformed guy was. So disgraceful.
It's chilling how much their behaviour is the same the world over. I can't even imagine what their training teaches them.😱. The arrogance (even down to physical posturing), ignorance and downright unpleasantness is just horrible. Avoid them at all costs.
Many police cadets I'm sure Van, probably start out as good men/women who love the constitution but once they get hired and learn that it's a thin blue line "us against them" reality, unfortunately they conform to the evil.
Good job by the security guard. The cops egos got in the way here. The first cop was bizarre at best, not sure what the hell is wrong with him. Never heard an apology from the cops. Sad they do not understand the law.
Security guard had many days to study the signs he enforces, not once did he d decide to care about researching the entitlements he guards vs laws posted he points out to be his authority. Not a good security guard.... unlawful orders are just as bad as ignorant ones.
JASON IS BY FAR THE BEST THERE IS, OUT HERE DOING WHAT HE DOES. PEOPLE WITH UN-CHECKED POWER THAT CREATE POLICIES SHOULD NOT TRUMP OUR RIGHTS. THANK YOU, JASON AND BEN
Way to take a No-Nonsense stance to unlawful signs and directives and standing up for what’s right and lawful! Just one of the many reasons why this channel is so great. Never backing down from a disagreement, no matter how childish these punks in blue act, when the law doesn’t benefit there own feelings or personal beliefs. Speaking of which, that first cop. Leydkis or whatever his name was, SHOULD NOT BE A COP. You can tell his demeanor was that of a pouty child, who enforces feelings without looking at all the facts.
I agree Leaky is what I'm calling him is a tyrant . It's obvious he thinks he's a tough guy. He wilts like warm lettuce when he takes that gun and badge off. He's lazy on top of everything else. He couldn't be bothered to look up the statute he just stood there mean mugging.
It's amazing that a high percentage of law enforcement don't know how to carry on a relaxed civil conversation with the tax paying citizens of this country. It's called a cop attitude. I'm 65 years old and have been a neighbor to two cops. In both cases they beat their wives and kids. In both cases their wives left them and will tell you that their ex-husbands didn't know how to communicate and instead became very controlling. In both cases these cops tried to rule their families like they've done with the public for a long time. It's up to all of us to start standing up to them and hold them accountable. It's past time for cops not to be taught the basic laws (at least the Bill of Rights) and how those laws are applied. Thank you for your work AP and stay safe. 👍
Masterful, informed and knowledgeable Jason, your ability to remain calm under tyranny is commendable. A perfect audit. Much love from Perth, Western Australia
Let me check the law. If you're wrong, I'll tell you you're wrong. If you're right, I'll pretend it's not clear and ask you to do me a favor and surrender your rights anyway. 🙄
I'm at the point where the second officer (Wheeler I believe) just went inside to get a supervisor, and so far I think this guy is ok - he was presented with a conflicting set of statements (open carry is / is not allowed) so he's seeking clarification from an objective source (the statute itself) and now from his supervisor. So far I have no problem with Wheeler at all. We'll see if that changes. Edit: Aaaaaaand then he screwed the pooch. Oh well.

Thank you Jason for taking so much time to make sure the laws are properly enforced. When I started watching your videos over a year ago, I thought you were coming across a little too blunt, but that is just my subjective opinion. After watching hours and hours, I have a better understanding, and I am still so impressed with how well you handle these situations. I have actually been learned to handle myself in as better manner by watching. You are not only a top notch citizen, but an amazing father as well. You are appreciated 👍 💯❤️
It is absolutely unbelievable that a government building who’s occupants primary objective is to secure the rights of its citizens would have a sign saying no firearms which is an explicit right of its citizens in securing a free state. It truly boggles the mind of an open thinker. 🤦🏻♂️
Because they have things to hide. Because they are extorting money from everyday citizens and are afraid for themselves if people really wake up to what's going on. Because they have a disdain for ordinary citizens. Because they see themselves above us and we are not "worthy" to be around them on an equals basis...
I'm from the UK and even I know: "A well trained militia, being necessary to the security of a free state. The rights of the people to KEEP and bear arms shall NOT be infringed". The beauty of a constitution is that it cannot be changed and has to remain. If I'm correct I believe it takes a two thirds majority in your Senate and a two thirds majority in a referendum to amend the constitution, and even then it can only be added to? I wish we had kept a constitution in the UK like we did for hundreds of years. Learn from us, when the people stop caring and these sacred and ancient rights are slowly taken they never come back. This is the core of it and this is why it is so vital (in any country with a constitution that too many people stop caring for) that people exist to keep these rights and hold those who would take them from the people to account. All the best to the US. I edited the comment as I accidentally hit post too soon (my old MacBook is slow and awkward sometimes but still soldiering on!). Dan from the UK
Government hate the fact the People have arms. Government wants a monopoly on force. That's why over the past 100 years they have slowly eroded that right. Every single American should be able to walk into a store and buy a machine gun with zero background checks and walk out.
Auditors are the REAL HEROES, COPS ARE THE OPPOSITE! Auditors are the ones who are ACTUALLY trying to uphold and defend the Constitution, and theyre doing it without having to take an oath, and without being compensated for their time, out of a sense of DUTY to our country! Cops, on the other hand, are BETRAYING the Constitution AND THE COUNTRY, even though they DID swear a solemn oath TO THE PUBLIC, that they WOULD uphold and defend it. PLUS ...!!! ...THE PUBLIC WHO PAYS THEM, are being forced to FUND this TREASONOUS BETRAYAL! And, its supposed to be a cops ONE AND ONLY DUTY! Nowhere in their oath do they "solemnly swear" to keep ANYONE safe, they ONLY SWEAR TO PROTECT OUR RIGHTS! In fact, contrary to that, we all know that the supreme court ruled in CASTLE ROCK, COLORADO v. GONZALES (6/27/05) that "the police have NO LEGAL OBLIGATION TO PROTECT YOU!" We are living in Bizzaro World!

I truly admire your resolve and steadfast, unrelenting truth in this one. You continue to be a great example of standing up and speaking out for our rights. Much love and support!
Straight up being honest here this is my favorite video you’ve ever done hands down. To the point, clear cut and strong! You were not rude and you stood your ground with facts and cordial communication and literally it could not have been handled better
I think it's sad that public servants don't know a thing about the constitution, rights, freedom and simple law. I went to private school and it was drilled it into our heads on a daily basis. I certainly appreciate it now.
A kid I went to high school with got expelled for bringing marijuana on campus in his backpack ended up never finishing high school never got a GED and is currently a Denver Police Officer. I was absolutely mind blown when I found that out. That proves law enforcement hires anyone without doing their due diligence.
“Arrogance of perceived authority” is what I just came up with in my head. I don’t know if this is a new term, or if I have heard it before, but this officer shows it and you probably will never change his thinking. Even though he knows you are right, his ego will not let you be unescorted through the building.
There seems to be a real issue in Boulder Nevada... I still remember the Post Office video that you both put out over a year ago. Knowledge is powerful until met with ignorance. If nothing else, at least the second officer did his homework before making an ill informed decision. I can't wait until part 2. Awesome job guys!!!!
I am amazed how many officers that don’t know some of the basic laws. If I had the same lack of knowledge with my job, I would be out of a job quick due to the lack of skill. It should be no different for them. Literally no accountability. Keep up the great videos.
I dont think they dont know the law. They just try to make it hard in hope that you would give up. See, not everyone will take the time and stand the ground for their rights, people would rather just comply and go on with their day.

The cops and security guards would keep them out (as we saw in Uvalde, Parkland, and many other places), while innocent people are being shot and killed.
The term P.O.S. was coined for him, a complete waste of oxygen.
I concur i wouldn't let that guy mow my lawn.
@@22ergie he certainly was especially at the end of his appearance.
Yea Jason's intelligence and wit combined with a camera is a great combination for exposing ridiculousness
@@elleb5078 Sending love right back to ya! :)
Let me check the law. If you're wrong, I'll tell you you're wrong. If you're right, I'll pretend it's not clear and ask you to do me a favor and surrender your rights anyway. 🙄
That first cop has ruined many lives...I'm curious as to how many complaints he has against him.
Well done sir! The cops just couldn't bridge that last chasm to let you enjoy your rights without being hounded. You handled it perfectly.
Arrogant attitude with the officers. The ego is beyond also they are uneducated obviously about several laws. As usual great video.
Oh well.
Funny how the first cop says "No Firearms in the building" but then he walks into the building with his.
Well, a policeman can carry that's part of their job, it isn't the same as citizens. Cops can speed, we can't.
@@jacquelinemarie1078only if theyre on duty (which he was) and they can speed if what ever they’re responding to requires it. but regardless, they dont even follow the laws they have to
I freaking love it. Freedom is not free and Jason is putting in his work.
Freedom costs a buck o five
This 1st cop is a sloth.... he would be a great reliabily in a real life threatening situation! His distain towards Jason is terrible and needs some happy pills! Absolutely Crappy policing
@@marshmellowavenger Spot on with your observation, he's a terrible example of todays police
The first cop is a pure deadbeat doesn’t care about no one but himself and his ego. Betting his employee record is not good..extremely bad attitude
EMERGENCY THIS GUY KIDNAPPED A COP LOOK!!!!!

You’re very good at what you do Jason, challenging presumed authority of a tyrannical government in a free country.
Excellent job guys! You handled everything perfectly. Far and above 95% of auditors.
This was their best on it right on nice comment.
If the Constitution makes you scared, you need to change your feelings, and look at the facts. The safest places in the United States of America have the most protected right to bear arms. The most dangerous places in the US government Corp. Are the most restricted places to bear arms. Amazing how that works !! The god-given right to bear arms oh, Yahweh probably knows what HE'S talking about, as usual !!
Learning the difference between a people and a subject the Constitution speaks of both !!

Setaside777:ARE YOU A COMEDIAN?VIDEO SUCKS
I've watched a lot of your work. This one has me giggling!
Sue them Jason they restricted your access to the whole building.
Jtmunn4496:THIS IS JASON I AM GONNA SUE THEM AND FOIA BOIA AND FOIA BODY CAMERAS
Clearly, an informed citizenry is a dangerous thing to law enforcement 🇨🇦👍
Imagine if every citizen knew their rights? We would actually be able to take control back
"You dont like when the public knows the law"-Jason. So true!
That lieutenant has a bad attitude. And can’t stand people who are smarter than him. He’s not used to it.
Bad attitude? You mean hes a shithead
I think he’s been watching REACHER 😂🤣
Well....he ain't worried about you. That's for sure.
SOUTHERN NEVADA ARE LAW UNEDUCATED FOR SURE.
wish I could post a picture of their job criteria. Egotistic.
😂😂
Very good Jason I’m very proud of you. Very good job. 👍
It all comes down to that 9-11 bull crap and homeland security. Used to enslave people even more.
@@danielmorris6523 You are AWESOME!
Government hate the fact the People have arms. Government wants a monopoly on force. That's why over the past 100 years they have slowly eroded that right. Every single American should be able to walk into a store and buy a machine gun with zero background checks and walk out.
“You are going to concern people . . .” So glad to see our freedoms are put in check by the high bar of “concern.”
Imaging living in Nevada and being concerned at the sight of a firearm. Really?
Instead of the sign coming down how about getting the 1st cop a new job. He’s the liability here. I think he could hurt someone.
HELL YEAH,THAT WAS BEAUTIFUL TO WATCH YOU PUTTING THESE TYRANTS ON CHECK ✔.
Keep up the great work and stay safe guys.
👍👍👍
I completely agree, had to see it twice, very much enjoyed.
GONZALES (6/27/05) that "the police have NO LEGAL OBLIGATION TO PROTECT YOU!"
We are living in Bizzaro World!
Hire clowns, expect a circus...
Hire psychopathic clown costumed failures in life, expect walking mammalian embarrassments that lack the mental capacity required to comprehend the laws that these fools SWORE an OATH to uphold. Perhaps they may feel more comfortable SWINGING FROM TREES in countries without such a constitution or its protections?
The wheel may be turning, but the hamster is dead...
Great job schooling those fools especially the LT. They can't get past their ego's! The distain for the public is disgusting plain and simple! Let's get that unlawful sign down!!!
I live in a country with no constitution, but it is so wholesome to know that one exists where you live. It must be protected at all costs. I wish my my country had one.
Tyrant/oath breaker #1 looks completely worn out, depressed, sick of his job but unfortunately, not sick of violating peoples rights. Disgusting!!!
" tyrant oath breaker#1".......hilarious man!!!😂😅😅😂
All of those emotions 👆🏾👌🏾😂
Great work AP!
The ignorance of those foolish tyrants was clearly on display -
Stay safe Sir!
That first cop's, "I don't care" attitude was atrocious. Sounds like a sociopath.
Xethnyrrow:GUYS THAT'S MY LAST VIDEOS,I WILL START WORKING ON PORNO FLICKS
What a waste of tax payers $$.
My husband is a criminal attorney, he has to train police academy's every year because they never learn the laws or they choose to disobey them.
Sadly it's a lack of education and Integrity of following the Constitution. Good job on the audit !
Please never stop doing what you do and thank you for doing this.
I've seen almost every one of your posting videos and I'm a big fan. I really like your manors and education. Good Job...
As always, great job Jason. Appreciate your fortitude in standing up to these Jack booted tyrants.. keep up the awesome work and the service you and Ben provide. Real American Patriots.
People misunderstand Jason but I agree with him 100% ... Wtf is wrong with asking our taxpayer paid Public Servants to GET SHIT RIGHT ?
Do your f***ing job as well as the dude collecting Carts at Walmart is expected to !
This video right here is a great example of just how good you’ve become at auditing Jason.I started watching your videos when you were in ny,Long Island. You’ve come a long way.I’d even go as far as saying that you may be the most knowledgeable, and best auditor in the country. Great job and thank you for your bravery. This video will educate so many people.
Amagansett Press and Long Island Audit... Jason has that FU attitude when cops are A-Holes and Long Island Audit has a more gentle approach, which pissses off tyrant cops just as much... LOL. keep it up guys..
He was one of the first I started watching. I have my favorite dozen, and he in it.
Great video, very powerful. All those years and not one person pushed the issue.
I agree, I’m impressed.
And all the while, expertly SCORCHED them.
YESSSS ! WELL SAID.
Total control. Best roast ever.
If people are afraid to see someone open carrying Legally, then they should move to a state where that is Illegal. (Feelings)
Technically, since the amendment says "...shall NOT be infringed." It's legal in every state. If it's not, it's unconstitutional.
So...if the area was "restricted" due to safety concerns with construction, wouldn't they be guilty of OSHA violations?
Wow those officers are dangerous
There seems to be a real issue in Boulder Nevada... I still remember the Post Office video that you both put out over a year ago. Knowledge is powerful until met with ignorance. If nothing else, at least the second officer did his homework before making an ill informed decision. I can't wait until part 2. Awesome job guys!!!!
I am amazed how many officers that don’t know some of the basic laws. If I had the same lack of knowledge with my job, I would be out of a job quick due to the lack of skill. It should be no different for them. Literally no accountability. Keep up the great videos.
It’s a lack of transparency on the pigs part on basic laws
I dont think they dont know the law. They just try to make it hard in hope that you would give up. See, not everyone will take the time and stand the ground for their rights, people would rather just comply and go on with their day. So when the cop tells you its a 700 page long document and takes 15 minutes to read it and at the end says I dont see it your way... Its what they are looking for. And thats not right.
All I needed was some popcorn to go with this video. Not only is Jayson extremely articulate, his demeanor and quick responses keep me biting my nails as if I were watching a suspense movie. You are well educated and anyone who has you on their side is a very lucky person. Keep up the great work! Be safe!
Another win for freedom 🙌
@zctoncatx:ANY RELATION TO LADY GAGA?
I'm not a gun owner, but it's stunning to me that all the cops say they are all for the 2nd,yet turn right around and try to deny that right, it's just nuts to me...
When are people going to wake up they just want control they want to control your lives what you think and what you do😢😮😮😮😢🐷💩🤡📸📸📸📸📸📸📸📸📸📸📸📸📸 but everyone's got a camera and we have the power now
No no no.... they are pro 2nd A FOR THEM... NOT for the or I.
Great video, Jason. I'm sorry they had to ruin your trip.
This guy is the definition of knowledge is power. Like him or not he is impressive and uncovers a lot of bs
Great stuff. It is so important to call people out that don’t know the laws they are supposed to be upholding.
Keeping them accountable and making things safer for everybody !!! Well done and documented !!!
