Because FB acting alot, for most of the people is more attractive. I onestly prefer dalt because of the chilling of the voice and the more mature content style.
Regarding Not Forgotten, you can get Luna's to drop with the exact same stats as NF but with +15 handling. Full bore, ricochet, and a range masterwork puts it at 71 range, 57 stability, and 40 handling. I have 2 with these stats, one with slideshot \ opening shot and eye of the storm \ magnificent howl on the other.
Unique weapons I’d like to see return with updated perks (besides the ones you already mentioned) - Tatara Gaze (with the Forge ‘glow’) - The Frigid Jackal sniper - Pillager SMG - The Old Fashioned (basically Dire but I like this name) - Ten Paces and Thin Line HC - Atalanta-D XG1992 (it has a supressor)
If you kept the Braytech RWP from the quest it has masterwork while the one from collections does not. I love that my RWP is somewhat special in that regard.
I got the steady hand with slide shot but I didn’t get the iron grip. I ended up getting wellspring which has turned out to be pretty good with the new crucible changes
in general we just need an easier way to obtain these kinds of shotguns. Both matador and fractethyst require farming and are an absolute pain to farm cuz you have to go through so much rng to have a rain drops chance in the Sahara desert to get the weapon you want with the perks you want

I would love to see No land beyond, Zen Meteor, piercer from d1 back. Icebreaker as well but it would have to be adjusted for pvp.

I think we will be getting one in TFS that was shown in the prismatic titan teaser. It should be craftable, if not definitely farmable.
